I made myself have lunch today, even though I didn't really want it. Ham sandwich (HEB for the bread), with a packet of Hula Hoop Puffts for 3.5 syns.
Nothing else (apart from one cup of tea with milk) until dinner. And oh my days, did I enjoy my dinner!! Roast lamb, roast potatoes, gravy, yorkshire pudding (grand-daughter insists we have them with EVERY roast dinner), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and peas. And mint sauce.
I have absolutely no idea of the syn values, and I don't even care - they were worth it! I finished off with some pineapple, mango and watermelon.
Weigh in tomorrow morning. I maintained last week, so I am hoping that the numbers will go down this week.
I loved the story of the crackling going in the dog's bowl but having to make sure it's dirty. I can SO relate to that0 -
Havent had a great day today on the eating front.

Welcome to the thread futuregirl...we still have 3 weeks of the challenge left if you wanted to join, I can back date your losses for the last few weeks too if you want.. up to you, no pressure
Some brilliant losses :T:T Belsy you deserve to lose 5.5lbs if you've been eating scan bran every day :rotfl::rotfl: Hope your surgery went well and you recover quickly!
_pale_:rotfl:
So I've been to Tesco, picked up a couple of the new treats that they listed in the mag.. beetroot crisps and peanut popcorn..
Beetroot crisps were ok, but they're very expensive £1 for 30g  they also had sweet potato crisps and carrot crisps. The ingredients were just beetroot and apple juice so i'm guessing they could be made quite easily at home for a lot cheaper!! 4 syns for 30g.. speed food, oven baked seems to be synned now  guess its so you don't eat loads!
Nothing nice to say about the new peanut and almond Propercorn _pale_ weirdest, most disgusting popcorn I've ever eaten  threw them in the bin..
Got this red slaw too.. anyone know syns, google's not helping? i'm hoping it's nice, would have tried making my own but they didn't have any red cabbage in. Ingredients are all free except the sugar..

Menu for today EE
Brunch - Sausage (1), bacon, egg, toast (heb) spread (1)
Tea - Pork, potato, carrots, parsnips, red onions, broccoli
Snacks - beetroot crisps (4), apple, cheese (0.5hea) orange, milk(0.5 hea) popcorn (2)
I love the slaw and have never synned it so glad it's free
I made my own using same recipe but it went soggy
Tulip, 2 stone in a week is amazing! Probably not sustainable though as recommend loss is 1-2lb. Still amazing though, well done :TIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hi
I would like to join your group if you will let me 😀
I joined SW last year but can't afford to go now.
I have the books so should be OK, I know these probably have all changed now with all the recipe changes, this is when I miss the online app.
A new year and hopefully a new me.0 -

I'm doing okay though, lost 9 lbs so far in 5 weeks and a few people have commented that I'm looking slimmer so I'm pleased with that!2016 diet challenge 16lbs/42lbs lost
