L - LO stew with added cooked soup mix; 1 slice bread (0.5 HEB)
D - Roast pork, roast potatoes, roast onions, peppers & carrots; brussels; peas; splash of gravy (1 syn)
HEA will be milk as usual

May have some fruit with sweetened quark after dinner for pud.

According to my book its 2st and a half lost and its done in a week I think
I'm not being intentionally argumentative, but in a previous post you said you needed 2 pounds to get your Club 10. I've heard some amazing weight losses but never 28.5 pounds in 1 week - unless you had your leg amputated! :rotfl:
LLStart BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
Hi everyone,
Hope you've all had good weekends. I've been recovering from my surgery but all I want to do is walk around and move.. Not helpful.
I thought I would have a STS this week after a bad start to the week, but I've eaten between 2-5 scan bran in some form everyday, and pleased to report a -5.5lb loss! Am shocked but obviously the scan bran filling me up has done some good somehow. Although they do have a somewhat windy effect on my digestion :rotfl:
Means a total loss of 15lbs in four weeks I believe which means challenge complete, but will continue to see how much I can lose.
Off to the pub later to watch the football, on crutches and in a leg brace so thankfully I can't go to the bar myself, and will have to drink at my mates pace. Avoiding pints and will have to make up for it the rest of the week.
Hugs to everyone xxx0 -

:T well done to abbafan, belsyboop, june, tulip and selement. Great to see losses coming in and I hope I haven't missed anyone.
Welcome hellofuture, sounds like you've made an excellent start. It is amazing what you can eat with SW. It's definitely not a diet in the usual sense.
Please don't be disheartened musogirl. Your menu looks fine so if you keep plodding results will come. Might it be worth doing a bit of EESP to try to get things moving? Even a few SP meals might help if you can't manage full days.Need to get stricter I guess. Might have to give up my cheat day T_T
I have a lot of syns at weekends but by saving them up Monday to Friday rather than 'cheating'. That might be worth a try especially as you want to look good in your dress:).HurdyGurdy wrote: »It is just me that could actually cry at throwing away chicken skin :rotfl::rotfl:
I think it's the best part of the bird!
I know what you mean and I'm the same with the crackling on pork. It takes enormous willpower. There was a lady at our group who had to throw it straight in the dog's bowl to stop herself eating it and even then she said the bowl had to be dirty as otherwise she might have taken it back out!:rotfl:
I've got chilli in the SC and it smells great. It's not for today though as I always think it tastes better after marinating.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: graze on ham and beetrootHB steaks (inc. mushrooms and onions) with SW roast potatoes, cauli, broccoli, cabbage, carrots and loads of yummy free gravy:drool:.
Syns: weekend wine;)0 -
Welcome to the thread futuregirl...we still have 3 weeks of the challenge left if you wanted to join, I can back date your losses for the last few weeks too if you want.. up to you, no pressure
Some brilliant losses :T:T Belsy you deserve to lose 5.5lbs if you've been eating scan bran every day :rotfl::rotfl: Hope your surgery went well and you recover quickly! There was a lady at our group who had to throw it straight in the dog's bowl to stop herself eating it and even then she said the bowl had to be dirty as otherwise she might have taken it back out!:rotfl:

So I've been to Tesco, picked up a couple of the new treats that they listed in the mag.. beetroot crisps and peanut popcorn..
Beetroot crisps were ok, but they're very expensive £1 for 30g  they also had sweet potato crisps and carrot crisps. The ingredients were just beetroot and apple juice so i'm guessing they could be made quite easily at home for a lot cheaper!! 4 syns for 30g.. speed food, oven baked seems to be synned now  guess its so you don't eat loads!
Nothing nice to say about the new peanut and almond Propercorn _pale_ weirdest, most disgusting popcorn I've ever eaten  threw them in the bin..
Got this red slaw too.. anyone know syns, google's not helping? i'm hoping it's nice, would have tried making my own but they didn't have any red cabbage in. Ingredients are all free except the sugar..

Crisps made from other veggies (even speed) are still crisps and considered treats, so they're synned as if they were potatoes. If you make them yourself they'd be classed as tweaks. So not directly synnable as such, but not encouraged. It's because too many members were making "free" versions of highly synned items to get around the restrictions. SW say it's to "protect weight loss" but a lot of members still tweak away happily and get losses.
As for me, I'm having a tweak dinner tonight and I don't care
Breakfast - Weetabix, fruit and latte (A/B)
Lunch - Using up odd bits in fridge ahead of shopping
Dinner - KFC fakeaway, wedges and coleslaw0
