Hi, bit of a catch up!
Welcome to thread dini  the peanut mullers are vile _pale_ I had high expectations too.. its the caramel flavour that's so artificial I think..
Sorry to hear your news Lush..HurdyGurdy wrote: »And as we are eating out of the freezer this week, it's fajitas tonight. I might even bypass the tortilla, as they are quite expensive in terms of syns, and just have the filling with some salsa.
Lots of ideas for your fajitaswe tend to get little gem lettuces, they're brilliant for using as "cups" for the filling. or the bigger ones - are they called romaines?? something like that.. and extra speed too!

Anyone heard of Asdas ugly veg box? Saw a Fb post about them but it wouldn't scroll so don't know if they're round here yet. Now watching jamie & Jimmys Friday night and they are doing it right now!
Asda selling them for £3.50
I saw this on FB, then someone also posted bags of wonky veg from Morrisons. They were 60p for 1.5kg carrots and £2 for 5kg potatoes. No idea what they're like, but what a brilliant idea to stop so much waste :j and i'm hoping the farmers will be getting more money for food they would normally feed to the pigs! Or i'm probably being a naïve about that and they're getting nothing
 at the scales greentiger, i'm sure most of the "gain" was the timing and stuff you had on. Fingers crossed for Monday!!Have a happy weekend all
And you Beanie xx
Got the new magazine yesterday so I've sat and planned my week with it, fingers crossed I get a loss.. will be trying the pork and apple roast, chicken and spinach lasagne and the lamb tikka masala(but with chicken I think)..
Today's menu shall be.. EE
B - yogurt, strawberries, choc shot (0.5)
L - pulled chicken roll (heb +1) salad, coleslaw ([STRIKE]need to find syns[/STRIKE]1.5)
T - fish chargrills, sweet potato fries, pickles and salad
S - orange, popcorn (4) and/or beetroot crisps(4) milk (hea)
Off to Tesco later to see if I can find any of the treat stuff that's in the magazine - almond/peanut popcorn, beetroot crisps and sweet potato crisps - OH is at a gig from 3-10 ish, so planning some syns to eat later when in danger territory - if I don't eat them then that's a bonus!:D

I went to weigh in and lost half a pound which is not that bad but I would love to lose two and a half to get my club ten and be in the next stone down range.
It looks as if I could be moving house in a fortnight but that is not definite enough for me to contact utilities etc. yet so feel in limbo.
Breakfast after weigh in was bacon, egg and baked beans on two small slices wholemeal toast and a coffee.
I have just had a mugshot and then having fruit, yoghurt and a hot drink for lunch with maybe an SW meal for dinner.
I will need to go out later to get ingredients for chicken supreme for tomorrow's lunch when family come round and get speed veg.
The new magazine is out so I treated myself and dd to one each to spur us on."This site is addictive!"
Wooligan 2 squares for smoky - 3 squares for HTA
Preemie hats - 2.0 -
A maintain for me today please shala.
I've only lost half a pound in the last two weeks and really feel like throwing the towel in. The only discernable differences I can think of is that I've started eating overnight oats for breakfast and I've stopped weighing myself every day. Think I might get the scales back out.
Menu:
B - 1 x hifi, clementine
L - spicy chicken quinoa
D - chicken and spinach cannelloni, salad, dressing (0.5), homemade garlic bread (3.5 I think, need to check)
S - 1 x hifi (heb), ff Greek yoghurt, berries, popcorn (4.5),
Kitkat (5.5), clementine, banana0 -
Lost half a pound.
I tend to cheat at the weekend and be fairly good in the week, I knew I'd had a few slips this week but nothing as big as an extra takeaway so was hoping it wouldn't be too damaging.... half a pound off is probably fair but if I'm honest I was hoping for more!
Today for once even though its weigh in day I think I'm going to be on plan :O
I might 'cheat' Tuesday instead.... pancake day
So far today I had a nearly syn free fry up (buttered my toast so thats a couple). Got some leftovers for dinner so can't have a takeaway as they are in the fridge and need eating!
Feeling miles away form my goal to be honest... normally it doens't bother me this much how slow my losses are but it is today. I've been trying to get under 9 stone for a really long time now and I'm still 5.5lbs over. My target is 8 so it just seems ages away, and I haven't got ages as I have a wedding dress to fit into (although it does fitish now but it'd look better if I lost more... corset back so has a bit of give).
Need to get stricter I guess. Might have to give up my cheat day T_TTrying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0 -
Been to group today and have lost 1lb. Was hoping for at least 2lb, so I could get my 3.5 stone award.
On the plus side, I've gone into the next stone bracket.
Had the beginnings of a water infection yesterday, but feel much better today. Was worried it would affect my weight loss as well, because I have suffered from water retention before.
I haven't bought the new magazine yet. Am going to wait till next week as I bought 2 boxes of cereal bars this week.
Hope everyone has a good week.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

Another very windy day here - it's so loud at times we can hear it indoors!
Been out shopping today and finally found some ankle boots I like and actually fit properly (I'm only a size 3 and most shoes seem to be larger than they used to so don't fit properly). I also bought myself a new pair of sandles as I also have trouble find those!
Went into a kitchen shop while we were out and I've treated myself to a spiraliser - think it will be good for doing some carrot to have with my salad as I usually just grate some if I'm having it.
Last night's dinner at the fish restaurant was very nice and probably only a few syns for the oil as I said I didn't want anything deep fried! Plenty of syns for the wine though!
Another EE day today:
B - bacon & mushroom toasted sandwich (HEB + 2.5 for butter & sauce)
L - ham salad
D - beef stew & mashed potatoes
HEA will be 1% milk as usual.
Syns - butter 2; brown sauce 0.5; wine syns 12?

Windy here too, my least favourite weather.
For the fajitas, I use little gem lettuce as well. Love it, the crispness really offsets the spiciness of the fajita mix. I tend to use lettuce whenever something calls for wrapping or serving on something.
The sneaky weigh in was right, so reporting a 3lb loss this week. Definitely feeling more optimistic than the start of last month, but glad I reset my challenge. Our group has gotten massive, think it will need to split into two sessions if many more members sign up. Struggling to get everyone through pay and weigh in time at the moment!
Today is EE...
Breakfast - Cereal bar and apple at group (B)
Lunch - Leftover sausage and mash
Dinner - Gammon and veg
A for coffee, syns for chocolate. Good day! :money:0 -
Hi Everyone,
Reporting a 2 st weight loss from last Monday evening and I also reached my club 10.0 -

2st!! Wow
Wi plus .5lb, think it's all the bread this week. Am having thins hoping it's less 'bready' but obviously not! Had to have extra as worked 4 lunch duties. Hoping to just have the 3 next week then knuckle down over half term with NO bread.
Six nations started so rugby fest on
