  • Thanks for the chart Shala!

Well done to all the losers!

Welcome dini! I started from a similar point to you. I weighed less but am shorter so was same clothes size! I've lost 2 stone since October. Some days it feels like a really long slog but actually on the whole I'm enjoying doing it! I enjoy staying to Image Therapy as there are some really nice people there and I don't get out much as I moved to a new area 2 years ago and I'm at home with a 5 month old. Staying to group is my social time!

Had another good day yesterday sticking to my squash only regime and on plan so far for today. Having a free feed taster in group tomorrow so going to make extra of tonights dinner to take in.

    Menu today:

    B - 1 x hifi, clementine, activia
    S - 1 x hifi (heb)
L - Jacket potato, LO chilli, cheese (hea)
D - Spicy chicken quinoa, ff greek yoghurt, berries
    S - kitkat (5.5), popcorn (4.5), banana, clementine

5 syns to play with if needed
  • I can't seem to stick to plan lately, I'm hoping today is the day I will though

B - overnight oats, lemon yoghurt, strawberries, banana
L - something with gammon leftovers from yesterday, haven't decided what yet!
T - frittata with red pepper, spinach, onions, potato and loads of veg

No syns yet today but I have 12 syns worth of cinnamon & raisin bagel for some time this afternoon :) Will aim to have no more syns today after a greedy hormone-filled week :p

Welcome dini and best of luck, the support and advice on here is fabulous

Have a good day everyone, hugs for those needing them
    xx

L: garlic mushrooms with rice, boccili, baby corn 40gms RF cheddar (A)
D: sweet and sour chicken and noodles from the freezer with green beans and tomatoes

It will be gin syns for me tonight, feel like I've thrown this week away really as I just haven't been as focused. Out for brunch tomorrow and then I'll see what I can do Saturday and Sunday to try and make more of an effort.

Weather is proper awful here, can't wait to get home and watch my programmes and relax.

Hugs lush! And anyone else who needs/wants one, of course.

I have wide feet but they're not fat - it's the actual bone structure, been like that as long as I can remember. So there's been no change in size for me from highest to lowest weight. Will see if there's any change as I get even lower in weight, but I'm not expecting them to. They're already small enough (4-5 depending on brand) so I hope not!

Weigh in tomorrow. Another sneaky scale peek is showing a good week, fingers crossed it holds on for tomorrow. Have been good today, so should do...

Breakfast - Weetabix, fruit and coffee (A/B1)
    Lunch - Turkey salad
Snack - Fruit and hifi (B2)
Dinner - Sausages and veggies (1)
    Syns - Chocolate bar (7)

Not expecting to use more syns than that today, but not bothered if I do. Will be on more chocolate. :rotfl:
