Forgive me if you lovely ladies already know about this but I stumbled a cross a blog called "twochubbycubs" it is a couple who are doing slimmingworld and have a huge range of recipes and they are fantastic! They have a fantastic sense of humour and are doing SW whilst still enjoying life. Maybe worth checking out for people looking for recipe inspiration!

We have shocking wind here this afternoon.

It's all the vegetables Lantanna. :rotfl:

    (Sorry, someone had to!)

Hi all - well done to all the losers and "Keep going" to everyone else.

I've felt very focussed-on-the-prize today, though had to have a couple of coffees this afternoon as I was falling asleep at my desk.

    B - Watermelon and pineapple
    D - Campfire stew, Mullerlight
T - Cheap slow cooker veg soup made from one of those chopped veg bags, inc some pearl barley.
    HEA - Milk in drinks
    HEB - 2x Alpen Lights
Syns - Sugar in coffee (3)

Not having my soup til after my yoga class later so might have some bread with it which will be more syns. It really doesn't smell very appetising :( Desperately need to make a meal plan and do some shopping.

    ...Hi Tweets,

Just read your post. Thank you so much for asking about Tug, bless you. I updated last week, but this thread is so busy at the mo that I'm not surprised you missed it.

Tug (or three toes Tug as he's now known as!) is doing brilliantly, as fast as ever and nearly back to normal, however, he has to wear the cone of shame! The tumour was benign so we're very happy. Strangely, I had a good week with weight loss last week. It just illustrates to me how emotions can affect weight loss.

As I am on here now, I used all my syns bar a few on wine and gin!!! Am I on the right forum?!!

Good Evening Arkers , glad your Tug is ok. Cone of shame I remember when I rescued Poppy at 18 months old from Manchester Dogs Home and took her for her op so she couldn't have puppies. She was supposed to wear the cone of shame. I ended up taking it off her because she would have injured herself if I hadn't she was trying allsorts to get it off .

Hope you all can watch this video on facebook its Poppy to a t apart from the daft dressing up she wears a coat when its walkies and the weather is bad. That's it I hate dressing dogs up.
Glad you lost last week. :T:T:T

I have just eaten my tea and can recommend the Iceland sausages that Joyce posted about in the Facebook group SYNS ALLOWED . Link https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=904667362985653&set=gm.1711448292468680&type=3&theater.

Just tried the dog link and it took me to my homepage on Facebook sorry will try and post it again
    Got it lol

Your Poppy must be amazing, loved the link! Result, about your staffy eating half of everything you eat. Lucky you, having a lovely friend to share your food with:D.

That video wasn't about Poppy but she just like those Staffies. I cooked 6 sausages for my tea and yes Poppy had 3 cut up. Plus she had already eaten her own tea doggy pedigree pouches :D

Have you seen pic of my Poppy ? I have posted a few on here but might have been before you joined.

    Just back from meeting STS

I had said I would be ok with STS as I had a couple of bad days, but I'm actually annoyed. Walked to meeting and got totally soaked, so just weighed in with soaking wet denims. Suppose I'll get more next week (if I behave :) )

Had Asda low fat sausages for dinner, very nice

Your wet denims would have weighed a lb or more :(

Hope next week that you lose loads ;)

Be aware, the blog is written by a couple of gay men and their humour can be [STRIKE]a bit[/STRIKE] very close to the bone. Having said that, if you're not of a sensitive nature they are very funny and do some great recipes. :D
