New Me I agree, at least 1lb for the denims - I weigh 1/2lb more with wet hair! (I was curious so weighed myself the other day, I'm such a nerd)

Just had a really nice tea, chicken, pepper, onion and mushroom with courgetti and quark stirred through. So full now! Had gammon and veg for lunch so have managed an SP day - every little helps!

Massive well done on the non-smoking Meg, hope you get a diagnosis soon.

Evening all - well done on all the losses rolling in :)

First day back at work after hols today - already planning my next holiday :D My week of SP got off to a bit of a rocky start at lunchtime when I realised I'd left my salad at home :wall: Luckily I had enough fruit with me to see me through the day (just!) and had my lunch when I got home, so I managed to stay on plan.

Going to start posting menus again while I'm doing SP, as want to make sure I'm getting it right (struggle to get my head around it a bit)

    Today's menu was:
B: bran flakes (heB) + strawberries
L: tuna and egg salad (tin of coronation tuna from Aldi - 1 syn)
D: pork & veg stir fry in szechuan sauce (1.5 syns)
snacks: apple, pear, clementines, nectarine, carrots in SW houmous, hartleys 10 cal jelly (0.5 syn), flapjack (5 syns), mini cadburys fudge (3 syns), milk throughout day (heA)

Listing it out there I feel like I've eaten loads! Is the flapjack OK for an SP day? I thought it would be OK because it's 100% synned but not sure...
  • Silly slip up this afternoon of too many chocolate fingers. sometimes I may as well bang my head against the wall.

Just have to keep telling myself that tomorrow is a new day!

Sorry I have not been online much this week so I haven't been able to see what you have all been up to. :D

Pleased to report a loss of 4lbs this week Shala which is last weeks 3 back off and its taken a little friend along with it. :rotfl:

Wont get a chance to catch up on all that I have missed so I will just say well done to all our losers and hugs to anyone who hasn't had the result they were hoping for.

Lovely to see you popping back in Meg and well done packing in the smoking. Hope they can give you some answers soon.

Congratulations HurdyGurdy on SOTW. :T Don't envy you that long shift Shala

Could have been worse, it's not pizza :) I'm sure chocolate fingers are worth it anyway. Get some speedy in tomorrow and it will all balance out :)
