Exellent loss BEG!! It all came good in the end!

Is it your birthday today? I've missed that bit?

    Weigh in for me tonight

I've had boiled eggs, beans and heb toast at 7 this morning. Sick of the eating really light on weigh day as I'm always starving by the time I get home from group. So had that this morning and hopefully it will keep me full and not impact on the scales too much.

Have yogurt, strawberries and Satsuma for lunch.

When I get to target a Saturday morning class once every couple of weeks will be where its at for me. Hate 5.30 weigh in:mad:
  • Happy birthday darling BEG! I hope you have a wonderful day.
    Hxx
  • Happy Birthday BEG, hope it's a cracker!
  • Well done hurdygurdy for SOTW!

    Menu today:

    B - overnight oats (heb)
L - Prawn jacket (3 seafood sauce), salad
    D - chicken and chorizo risotto (3 +hea)

9 syns to play with. Not sure what snacks I want yet!

Well done Hurdy Gurdy on SOTW.

Stayed on plan and within syns yesterday so hoping for at least a STS this week.

    Today's plan:

B - boiled eggs & soldiers, 2 syns for butter. Had marmite on a few soldiers as had some left over after I'd eaten the eggs!
    L - tuna salad
D - baked risotto with chicken & chorizo, 1.5 syns for chorizo. Not done a baked risotto before but hoping it'll be OK. It'll certainly save me having to stand over the cooker stirring all the time!

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread

Not sure if I'll have any more syns as have strawberries, raspberries & satsumas I can munch on but if I want more than fruit I've got some Hifi bars in the cupboard. Or if I fancy something savoury, Melba thins with Apericubes (4 syns)

That's a great idea lantanna. I hate evening WIs too. I know it probably works out over time but as I'm used to early morning after minimal breakfast if I go to an evening one I'm always heavier.:(

Your SP menu looks fine rebster and I think you're OK with the flapjack. Not sure if you had a big bowl of cereal but you don't seem to have the extra HEB? I think that even if it's not 100% correct some days (like you fancy a yogurt or a banana) then it's got to be more speedy than with carbs.

I made your ratatouille yesterday lois. I've not eaten it yet, it's in a bowl in the fridge waiting for me to portion up.:)

    EE plan for today:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB Puffed Wheat with HEA milk
L: cold meat with fried LO veg and pickles
D sausage and mash, cauli, broccoli, fried onions, peas
Syns: gravy, 2 for BGTY sausages

    Congrats Hurdy for SOTW
I wrote a really long post this morning and then it disappeared to summarize it said well done on the losses and stick with it if struggling:cool:.

Cheese it must be really difficult for you, this sounds as if it will be a once in a lifetime opportunity so I think your plan to moderate as and when is the best way. Do you have a travel blog? To say I have Cheese envy is an understatement:rotfl:.

Shala thanks as usual, it must be a mammoth task with so many participants. -2lbs off this week please!
I have seen the number 11 for the first time in 6 years. Really chuffed, I weighed myself 3 times and even risked moving the scales to another tile to double check it wasn't a fluke.

Happy B'day beg enjoy the celebrations that's what they're for!

    Have a good week everyone.

    Arkers x

  • Weighing in this week with a very unexpected 3lb off
Had a meeting with work over a pub lunch on Wednesday and then stayed in a hotel Saturday night with the hubby and had a 3 course meal in the evening followed by a cooked buffet breakfast the following morning. X
