Posts have been lacking here again, apologies! I am still on plan, just not keeping up with online stuff anywhere much at the moment. But will try to get back in the swing...
Rebster - As maman said, SP seems to be rarely discussed in groups - especially long term use. It's an extra A choice (or a yoghurt) that you get long term. You always get the extra B choice, even if you only do a day here and there. Melba toasts are fine as they're fully synned, although some consultants do recommend non-carb based syns for best results. But I say have what you like!
Abba - I make wrap pizzas, but no recipe. Just take one of the HEB wrap choices and top with whatever I want to use up and my A choice cheese. Cauli pizza is really nice too (as long as you season the base well) and the recipe for that is on the SW website. Good luck with the scan.
As for me today...
Breakfast - Weetabix and berries, latte (A+B1)
Lunch - Ham and eggs with salad
Dinner - Need to figure this out as DH hated the meal I'd planned to have leftovers of!
Pudding - B2 and some syns
I've only skimmed posts again so not sure if these have been mentioned, but what does anyone going to group think of the new Hifi bars? I HATED them! :eek:0 -
Well done to all the losses! :jTete_en_l'Air wrote: »I'm feeling quite uninspired food-wise, need to dig my recipe books out and do some shopping.
If you're looking for some food inspiration I can thoroughly recommend the Lean in 15 book. I've got 3 recipes from there planned for the coming week. They need a few SW tweaks but they are a really good base and lots of them are also SP friendly.
Menu today:
B - 1 x hifi, clementine, activia
S - 1 x hifi (heb)
L - spicy lentil soup
S - biscuit (4) popcorn (4.5), laughing cow (hea) 2 x ryvita (3)
D - Salmon with ratatouille, ff greek yoghurt, berries
4.5 syns to play with if needed.
I have made a big change today. For the first time in a very long time I have not had Pepsi Max delivered with my shopping this morning. I have become worried about my reliance on products with lots of sweetener in them, especially as I have been suffering with lots of headaches. I normally drink anywhere between 1 and 2 litres of Pepsi Max per day. So I have invested in a good (and pretty!) water bottle and I'm going to aim to drink 4 of these (600ml each) of NAS squash a day. Hopefully I will then be able to wean myself down onto mostly water. I'm prepared for some wicked withdrawal headaches! Wish me luck!0 -
Hope the scan goes OK abbafan. Can't help with the pizza recipe but suppose it might be in the list of recipes at the beginning of the thread.
A belated happy birthday BEG - forgot to say it yesterday.
Today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom omelette
L - HM pepper & sweet potato soup; bread
D - Barnsley lamb chop, mash, brussels & peas; splash of gravy
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - splash of gravy 1

good luck Musogirl, Shala is doing something similar.
Think I am giving up all fizzy for lent. I had gotten it down to one tin a week but ive let them slip back in again.
Seems that is the cookery book de jour will probably purchase myself at some stage as it sounds good.0 -
Morning all,
reporting a STS for this week so I must have clawed it back somewhere!
Today:
Breakfast - HeB porridge made with HeA milk
snack: Satsuma
lunch: jacket potato, small salad (cucumber, tomato, spinach and lettuce) with some tuna and some baked beans. People often think this is a weird combo but it's not bad and plenty filling!
snack: apple, yogurt 0.5 syn
Tea: difficult one; we have Wednesday night training 5-8pm and last time I took something to eat there for me and littlie but I completely forgot that this morning so...there is a large ASDA just a couple of minutes away so I may take her and get her something from the caf! or the hot counter as she gets quite restless now at training as the hall we use on Wednesdays is quite small and she can't join in or run around anywhere.
Flexi-syns to a degree tomorrow as we have a breakfast event where the only option is croissants and I can't take my own food with me/not eat and can't eat before I leave home as I have to take littlie to nursery really early to get there on time!
Friday: pretty standard day, Saturday won't be anything too unusual, Sunday we are going to a local wedding fair then the carvery so will have a stuffing ball and Yorkshire plus a little gravy but no dessert so should level out by the beginning of next week!
ETA:
I think I will give up chocolate for lent and be as disciplined as possible!
Going to find another day when I can go dress shopping with mum and mil2b (if she's available) and try this other shop I want to go to before I start trying to work out how I'm going to afford a more expensive dress!************************************

Do you think you binged Shala coz you were being too strict with the carbs etc? I know I am sometimes guilty of that.
Deprive myself of things and then go wild.
What are we thinking of doing with the next challenge? Letting it run on over Easter or hold off until after it.0 -
- 1/2LB this week for me.
In the right directions! I'm still not 100% after my ear infection, still dizzy if I move too quick and when I get up in a morning.
B banana and 2 jam roly hifi said
L butternut squash soup
D egg, Sw chips and pickles
Milk in tea and coffee
Syns for supper???0 -
More lovely losses since I posted yesterday. Well done!:T
rebster, I don't often use Harvester myself but this (although a little out of date)
http://marys.me.uk/Docs/A%20Food%20Optimising%20guide_%20Harvester%20-%20Useful%20features%20-%20Slimming%20World.pdf
might be helpful I like the fact that I can fill up with the salad cart.
I think some people make pizza on Hovis wholemeal sandwich thins abbafan which can be used as a HEB. AFAIK some pitta breads used to be HEBs but no longer:(.
I've decided to go to WI tomorrow as I need to weigh now and again even if it's just to keep access to the website. I'm expecting STS or even a small gain but I think I'm still in target range.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: ham, beetroot, bubble & squeakSW spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: squirt of syrup, Parmesan and maybe a small amount of 70% chocolate.0 -
I'm sure you will do just fine tomorrow Maman.
Just realised that if I was playing the game properly I would have gotten my 4 stone certificate again last night. Obviously I didn't because I restarted without my history but still that's good for me to know.
2 stone 3lbs to go............
6 stone will be my last cert in my head, not going for the 6.7 again, I was too skinny at that.
I'm literally forcing myself into the gym tonight on the way home, can't be bothered but know if I go and make the effort I will feel better after it.0
