You invite friends over for lunch - making a group of about 10 in total. You've known these friends for years on a social basis, visiting each other's home etc although are only particularly close to four of them. Your home has a guest bathroom and an en-suite (accessed through the bedroom only), which you have proudly shown everyone as part of "the tour" when you moved in.
Are you bothered if one of the not-so-close friends uses your en-suite without asking first, as the guest bathroom is occupied?
Not at all, if they need to go, they need to go. Rather that than in a plant pot. I clean all our bathrooms at the same time so what difference does it make which one they use (esp when they've been shown where it is). We have two toilets (upstairs / downstairs) - people should use whatever, it's what they are ther for.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

From the bizarre things you are coming out with now, it strikes me that you're miffed that so many people are telling you they think it's gross to have your dirty undies on the en suite bathroom floor... that's the reason why you are trying to make out putting dirty washing in a WASH BASKET is gross! :rotfl: Better try harder than that love. That doesn't even make sense!
No, you've got everybody/posts confused. I don't have an en-suite

If you are alone in the house then the bathroom is effectively your en suite.

The issue with toilets adjoining a bedroom or dining area is that having a poo should be done well away from both these areas.left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense

I will - and do - leave my own knickers on the floor of my own bathroom AND bedroom. And I will continue to do so, even if some precious people on the internet think it's "gross".
I agree
And every night I drag my clothes off beside the bed and that where they stay till I can be bothered to fill the machine
