  • Excuse my naivety in the following question

Do the parkingeye cameras get checked regularly? Is there any possibility that they could have been running fast in calculating time periods?

Could I ask them for evidence that their system wasnt faulty at the time of the supposed offense?

Camera/actual evidence means next to nothing to these guys. Don't make the mistake of assuming that there is any actual legitimacy to their operation. Its all based on misusing contractural terms to stiff money out of you.

Read the Newbies Sticky for the proven arguments that see them-off. :)

Won't make any difference especially at this stage

You have 2 choices as I see it if you can't name the driver
    1. Ignore
    2. Write to PE as I posted earlier in post 60

Only time will tell if any of these "Equita" cases will get to a court claim be it if these letters are ignored or responded to .

I just prefer not to ignore but I can't state that is the right or best approach

They will be digital and real time. It is possible that they can be tampered with as demonstrated by the UKPC scam.
I doubt they are checked, they have too many and it will interrupt the money making machine.

The point you raise is interesting and possible

This is nothing new . It has been and is constantly asked . However it is not the silver bullet the Suggester is seeking.

He just asked, not saying it was a silver bullet but he can try if he wants, you would agree to that
  • Of course he can if he wants
I'm simply commenting that in my opinion it is utterly pointless at this stage particularly
