Dear BPA,
Read my earlier letter again. I am not asking you to investigate a specific ticket, I am asking you to investigate the conduct of one of your members.
Yours,

So I emailed the British parking with a complaint after receiving the equita letter yesterday and ive received the following email.
Please be advised the BPA are a membership organisation and not a regulatory body and therefore we cannot become involved with individual ticket disputes.
We suggest you contact Parking Eye directly to resolve the issue and receive further information.! They can be contacted on 01772 450 970.
So what to do next?
Therefore proving that the BPA are now a useless organisation and not fit for purpose, they are not true regulators, they said it themselves

Of course if you were not the driver you could always inform PE who was and the whole process resets , the driver is sent an NtD and the driver can appeal to POPLA .0

I received one of these letters from Equita for £200.
Looks like they are trying to round up some of the old unfounded 'invoices' by scaring people into paying.0 -

Is the right answer......Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I did give them the driver of my car after speaking about it with them they had spent over three hundred quid in the range plus had coffee and cake
Were 10-15 minutes over the two hours
So I'm guessing after the driver went into the range to have this out with them and threaten to return the goods as a further charge of whatever would push them beyond the finances they had available
The range contacted parking eye who then decided to ignore that and carry on with the registered keeper
Hell if they supply the photo it would quite easily show it's not me0 -
as I posted earlier in this thread , there must be reasons why PE have never chased people and took them to court in the last 1-2+ yrs , in a few cases we are seeing where (as above) cases were supposed to be dropped OR they had not got rights to issue tickets OR the NTK timed out and they (at the time) would have lost in court ,
PE are p[laying the numbers game , and I will guarantee that for every poster on here , one without access to the web has paid up.
I do hope PE/equita have sent a demand to someone that deals with the FCO , and can rub some salt in there woundsSave a Rachael

@noodle
The RK needs to write to PE ( get free certificate of posting from post office ) or e mail and give the details of the driver . The RK has no liability then .
The driver should then receive a notice to driver for the original charge which can be appealed .
Never ring parking companies or debt collectors or rely on anything they may say or promise to do .0 -
Like Aldi PE victims, I can't recall any of The Range customers being issued with court papers.
It might be helpful in building a better picture here if regulars responding to fresh Equita threads ask the OP for the name of the retailer, or the name of the parking location. It might help confirm that these are 'Not For Court' cases. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
