I received 2 Equita letters yesterday for parking charges and stupidly rung them only to be rudely spoken to by some jumped up Pratt, I wasn't the driver and they weren't interested ! So then rung parking eye and complained to them, but I've emailed parking eye the real drivers name and address and feel so stupid that I let Equitas letters scare me into revealing the real drivers details, the real driver will tell them to shove it0

Could you tell us where these tickets were issued - name of the retailer, or the name of the parking site - please? We are trying to build a picture of why court papers were not issued - PE often does this almost immediately with 'ignorers'.
Telling PE to 'shove it' may not be the best tactic at this stage, not until we are clearer about the reason for this mass mailing by their debt collectors. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

No the driver won't tell them to shove it they will appeal it to PE and if necessary POPLA with a properly drafted appeal.
No saying it will definitely win but even if they lose they can chose to ignore it at that stage .0 -

I agree, but was just curious to see if there was some pattern in the approach - particularly if there was a stack of Aldi cases. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
