How to get my brother to move out

Bailiffs can't come in without being invited and can't take anything belonging to a third party (you).
Don't open anything further which arrives, return it unopened, marked 'gone away'.
Do you have a telephne numbe for your brother? If so, it may be orth weiting to they gym to say that he moeved out on [date] leaving no forwarding address but that his telephone number is [number].
I have always found bailiffs in this situation to be fairly civilzed - I've twice lived in houses where the previous occupants left a lot of debt an no forwarding address and never had any issues with explaining this.
As this is your brother, they may be sceptical when you say you don't know where he is - it probably won't do any harm to let them know how fed up with him you are. If he is working, let them know where.
Ifthey start court proceedings then the court papers may be sent to your address, as for most things, service is valid if the paperwork is sent to the last known address of the person being served, so don't panic if you get something like that through the post. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
