Talk Talk Free Upgrades

well I signed up to talk talk for an internet service , not a TV company or film supplier , therefore two of there offers are not applicable to me .
ok the other two offers , a mobile phone service with 100 mins per mth , then just about the most expensdive extra calls in the UK , yup 40p per minute , with a system that cannot tell you in real time what your usage is.
health check , from a non qualified person? , after having "brightsparks" engineers out here twice in the last 3 yrs , I would not recommend a person with their qualifications , if they cannot stop a virus/hack on their own systems what chance of a loner doing it on mine
bring back the 15% off early payments or knock £5 per mth for the next 12 mths OR until they are hack again , then restart to discount EVERY time they are hackedSave a Rachael

I am the official company representative of Talk Talk. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
Yes Emma and we saw the post at #63, we are not blind so if you keep posting duplicate messages you will get even more p'ed off customers commenting.

yes I have contacted you , as an internet user 2 of your offers are non applicable , the brightsparks visit is a no no , and I do not wish to prevail myself of a silly sim card that is worth practically nothing per month apart from the ability to pay you 40p per minute is you exceed 25 mins per week
I have stated what I and others would like , but you are not listeningSave a Rachael

what type of sim is it?
I've got an old nockia 1100, and want a sim for stand by for the car.
will it fit, or is it only for i-phones etc? micro;
got my e-mail this minute to login and select, but, not if it won't fit my old nok;;
I've just had my first bill for my new contract,£7.50 pm, which I was/am happy with, but,would have liked the free calls option,and paying £3.50pm, but, they are charging me for them, even though I signed the new contract after this debacle.
Been with them 15 years.
not moving anywhere.

I wrote a post on 18 December. I had been told on that date by the second TalkTalk person I spoke to that I would be contacted by TalkTalk about the upgrade, but that it would take 48 hours. It is now 22 December. I am still waiting, four days later.
All I want is what the email letter offered but which then does not appear in the online list in my account. I do not want the other items offered.
I really am fed up, and cannot understand how a company that came in for so much criticism at the time of the original hack, appears to be going out of its way to demonstrate that it has not improved at all, and is putting customer service at the bottom of its list of priorities.0 -

hello, and welcome to moneysavingexpert.com
what offer are you looking for from talktalk?Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0 -
Hi,
The email told me that I could have a free upgrade, that there was a lot to choose from, including unlimited UK landline calls. This was the only one we wanted.
If TalkTalk think that we are going to be too busy over Christmas to keep on trying to get what the email offered but which mysteriously has disappeared from the list on my account, they can think again.0 -
