Isn't it with Vodaphone?

I am confused - for some (unknown) reason - nobody wants to be associated with TT - Why could that be ?0 -
-
I agree - with the contract being just 3 months (their choice - not yours)
But what will you do with a scabby piece of TT technology that will probably only last 6 months before breaking down ?To be honest - I had assumed that it was some kind of internet receiver ...to get a signal on-line
You learn something every day.
So you are criticising something you know nothing about, very not helpful.0 -
If it's the same standard YouView box, then it's a reasonable piece of kit. It also continues to work on the free Internet player services when out of "TV" contract. I cannot see them letting people keep it after only 3 months, though. Don't you already have to be a "TV" subscriber to get the TV channel upgrade?
I'd be very surprised if the free Landline calls were not to both mobile and landline destinations. Given the poor quality of grammar these days, I'd be wary about reading too much into a clumsy preposition.0 -

Just going with the flow....0 -
Not sure if you would be allowed to keep the box after 3 months? but I do know that if you contract has run to the end as in my case it will be 18 months in another 6 months then its mine to keep.0

They are - I had an on-line chat with "Indian Support" last night - who confirmed this - but why don't they change the wording from OR to AND on the webpage - it beggars belief !!0 -
It's obviously a soft, chatty "or" not a hard, contractual "or" - or something like that.
I could take the free Landline calls (although my mobile already has unlimited calls), or maybe I shall ask them whether I can have the TV channels. I don't have a TV sub, but I do have a TT Youview box, with Talktalk player ready and raring to go. I would only be interested in the catch-up/on demand channels though...0 -

TT are changing to O2.
If anyone wants the free mobile SIM you might be better off ordering the £3.95 package but going via Topcashback. It's a 12 month contract at £3.95 but with £68 cashback.....0
