    TT are now renegading on the free phone calls offer
    Making it impossible to even contact them (live chat down - email us down - not answering phones)

    But - are offering 12 months free fibre upgrades to those affected directly by the hacking incident

    but NO ONE has been directly affected , in all scam phone incidents , the person being rung has "voluntarily" handed over there card number ,

  • I wonder if you will have to return the TV box to them once the 3 months has elapsed ?

    I agree - with the contract being just 3 months (their choice - not yours)
    But what will you do with a scabby piece of TT technology that will probably only last 6 months before breaking down ?
  • Not much I guess except its probably useful as a free view box ?

    To be honest - I had assumed that it was some kind of internet receiver ...to get a signal on-line

    I wouldn't bother with a TT sim - tried one last year - wouldn't connect to EE - cancelled account
    Isn't it with Vodaphone?
    It's the only thing of use to me, then only to put in the car, as a safety phone, that's where mine is.
    I Have unlimited calls, just renewed my contract.OH is never off it.
    The loo is the only place without one.
    These GIFTS are a Sprat to catch a Mackeral.
    They say they will cancel after 12 months but,,wouldn't like to take their word for it;
    we still cannot get into our Accounts online, how many promises have we had about that?.
    What are they doing, building a whole new system or, did the Hackers take everything, but the kitchen sink.:mad:
    I thought about fibre, when I renewed, but, will I be asking for more aggro, if that's now on offer, it was only £1 more pm, so, that's £12 they are giving.
    Think I will just not bother.:eek:
  • Yes it is Vodafone and I have been able to log into my account for about a week now so maybe you need to contact them. As already said I think the best offer if that's what they call it ? is the phone free mins etc.

    Hi, I can log in, but, there,s only my bill;
    They tell me that via e-mail.
    No calls etc, slim version.
    The phone will need unlocking, for a Sim for most people?
    already got free mins to ll and mob.
    they should rebate people who have them already, since my new contract was taken after the hack, a few weeks ago?

    I've an old unlocked Nokia.1100, in fact, it's my only mobile.:rotfl::beer:
