I think it will complicate your refund if you try to switch away now.xlnc99 said:I am 650 in credit with AVRO
What is the best thing to do? Look elsewhere now or wait till we get a new supplier.
Will the new supplier be expensive or cheap? If expensive, isnt it worth looking elsewhere now
But if i have to go with the new supplier - it could be very expensive so i could be putting wasting alot of money?0 -
I will just relax. It'll be the third time this has happened to me (although first time mid transfer). It all worked itself out in the end and, for me, was 100% stress free.oliverbrown said:gt94sss2 said:

Yes, I heard Jeremy Vine utter that nonsense. But that's Jeremy Vine for you.JohnB47 said:Here we go again.
A colleague says that he heard it said, on the radio recently, that the SOLR would keep customers transferred to them on the previous suppliers tariff (if it was fixed), until that tariff ends.
Can anyone confirm that?

Oh well. Was wondering what best to do. 45 in credit, kept getting mine adjusted when it got too high. Taking meter readings now but their dashboard is offline for old statements. I have last months fortunately.

I would suggest that any Avro DDs due for collection over the next few days are cancelled at your bank. The calls for payment were probably issued a few days ago so may still go ahead.

Avro started supplying me yesterday, I only put meter readings in this morning as they were waiting for meter details.I hope this dos'nt confuse things as they have £80 and my old supplier has over£100 of my money.Think I will stick to the big firms from now0
