    Thanks. I've looked at the dashboard as you suggested and the Last Payment section does indeed register my last direct debit payment to them at the end of August. However, my last statement was dated early July with nothing since and they have ignored all of my meter readings since July.
    Is the last statement June-July or July-August? Avro usually issue new statements three working days after the billing period. 
    The last statement is for a period from early June to early July, and then no futher statements. The direct debit went out as usual in late July and again in late August. The September payment is due to come out soon. I have tried to contact Avro again to query this but there is just a message on the line telling you to call again later.
  • It doesn't seem likely you'll make any progress with Avro at the moment. Perhaps, the best you can do right now is to download all the info available from your Avro account so that, if it comes to it, you can make your case to a new supplier in due course.

    FWIW I'm on Avro's Simpler and SuperPremier tariff which doesn't appear on the CEC list of tariffs unless I'm missing something - Simple and mSuperPremier isn't the same.

    I'm on Avro's Simpler and SuperPremier too. About four months ago, I wrote to the energy club asking why this tarrif was not showing on their site. I was informed that they could not update, as Avro had not informed them of the tarif.
    You could try using CAB compare energy or which compare.

    This doesn't look pretty but I reckon, whatever happens, we're just going to have to suck it up.

    I now remember this came up earlier this year. It's not a problem as I've done a spreadsheet to check any figures.

    I've finally had a reply to the email I sent on 23/8 querying my DD increase.
    They have reduced my DD slightly.
    So,it can be done lol

    Yeah, the abandonment of the triple lock is going to suck, I think, just as we are going to have to suck it up... Frankly, it sucks but what can we do?

    I feel nervous about Avro. My DD is not showing at all on the account, and nor the current balance nor the payments is up to date. Already queried them, but not holding out much.

    There is "absolutely no question of the lights going out this winter" and the energy price cap will remain in place despite escalating gas prices, the business secretary has said.
