Yet another tariff change from Avro.
Simple and supersaving has bit the dust and a dearer one has replaced it.
Simple and Super12M
Don`t know if the switching sites have got it yet.0 -

Simple and Super12M
Don`t know if the switching sites have got it yet. It's not on Citizens Advice yet. But then SuperSaving never made it at all.The new Super12M works out about £5 pa cheaper than the replaced SuperSaving for me.I think Avro is deliberately playing silly b*ggers, if you ask me.

"Well i rang them today and they could not even answer this question without stumbling.I have asked them for a definitive answer so i can pass it on to the Ombudsman and leave them,But as of yet i have had no reply.I would rather switch to a better company and pay the extra £120 a year than deal with this totally inept company. So basically they have me between a rock and a hard place.I can not leave till they set-up the account but they can not set the account up.

I'm telling you Avro is turning into Hotel California ...

"You can check-out any time you like,

Just had the following back from avro when they said they would ring me."Hi Mr T******,Thank you for your email,
You are free to switch suppliers if you wish to do so.
I appreciate that you are frustrated that we cannot issue a statement and i apologise for this. However, Until we receive the reading i cannot issue the statement.
I have chased this again with our data quality department for you.Thank you"So in theory this could go on for ever more.I have already built up £180 in credit so i think i will cancel the direct debit and switch now.0 -

It WILL get sorted in time - you just need a little more patience.Make a formal complaint if you feel you need to but you don't really want to pay an extra £120 pa if you really don't need to. Do you?Be careful if you intend to cancel the DD or you might find yourself put on their standard-rate tariff to compound an already irritating situation.
