I'm on Simple and SuperPremium tariff but CheapEnergyClub doesn't list it (as far as I can see). Who do we notify to add it to the list of options?Tariff: Simple and SuperPremiumType: FixedElectric Standing Charge: 15.75p per dayElectric Unit Rate: 15.22p per kWhGas Standing Charge: 15.75p per dayGas Unit Rate: 2.56p per kWh

Use a decent comparison comparison site like Which? Or Citizens Advice. They both have Simple and SuperPremium.3 -
Well, for me, the estimated annual cost of the Avro SuperSaving tariff is about the same as those in the CEC Big Switch 17 event (including credits and discounts) but with Avro there will not be the hassle waiting for up to 6 months for the cashback to arrive.

So which of the tariffs (SuperSaving, Simple and SuperPremium etc) did you decide in the end was the best value, and by which route did you / do you intend to access it (direct, CEC, Which, Energyhelpline etc)?
I suspect that the best bet is to combine more than one search engine to come to a decision at any one time.Telegraph Sam

SuperSaving direct from Avro (renewal letter).

I haven't gone into it in detail (yet) but it looks like the CEC Big Switch favours So Energy ahead of Avro [disregarding Pure Planet with its high exit fees]Telegraph Sam

For me, the Pure Planet tariff was about the same as Avro SuperSaving whilst the SO Energy was more expensive.By going direct to Avro, the switch will happen on the day after my SuperFixed ends without having to muck about with timing the application so I get as long as possible on the Avro tariff without going on to their standard variable before I go.The downside is that I forgo the CEC £25 cashback in 6 months. I don't really like switching through intermediaries, anyway, so I can live with that.

Anyone not seeing latest DD payment credited to their account? Mine went out on the 25th Feb but yet to show on my account. The first payment took a couple of days before I saw it in the account but has now been 4 working days since this second one went out. I don't want to see month 1 statement (due to be calculated on 3rd March) being as inaccurate as it might be. Knock on effects re DD increases etc if this first bill shows a debit balance!0

I can see my DD for 23rd Feb on my account landing page. Couldn't tell you when it appeared though.0
