I do not know how many PMs the OP has sent, but I suspect it is over a dozen. The OP is either acting maliciously or is very very obtuse.
I suggest we ignore/report/throttle.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I wonder if the OP is related to the repentant nurse?0

However it would be recommended that anyone receiving a Gladstones Solicitors letter should make a formal complaint to the SRA
If I get a letter from them, I will make a formal complaint to the SRA to get them investigate and I will send them with the proof that Gladstones Solicitors are assistance to IPC members and charge them for advice and notices.
It is disgusting how they're threaten people to cause an harassment when they are allowed to get away with it as we are not. It's a bully tactics, I don't really understand why they're getting away with it when they're breaking the law...FUMING!!!0 -
Can you guys recommend if I should ignore the notice board as it is bulls*** and it cause me an harassment when I have the rights to park my car in a private car park?
take a look on this:
Do you think if it is a good idea if I should ignore it and if I can park my car in a private car park to display as the visitor permit where the notice board are on it with time limit of what time I am allow to park as I lived here?
I am concerned that if I ignore it and park my car in a private car park for 24 hours 7 days a week, they would fine me again and again and the fine would go up which it would cost me alot of money so they could take me to court to owe them thousands of pounds??0 -
fine?

So you still have the old (only) one, the original one. What does it say about parking. Verbatim.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

A court case can only tell that.
Be very difficult for a judge to ignore confliction of interests0 -
This thread is hard work...
As above what does your lease say word for word about parking ?
Signs on the wall mean nothing if your lease says you can park, have parking space, or dont even mention a permit.
If you are in the clear hand your permit back to the management company who took on the PPC and tell them that you are withdrawing from the permit scheme, and if they or there agents trespass on your parking space for the intention of issuing a parking charge notice you will see this as harassment/trespass, you will also charge the management company £19 per hour for dealing with this.
Tell them that they are responsible for the actions of their agents and if their agents continue then they should read up on UKPC vs Davey
AGAIN what does your lease say about parking? no more help until you post it up word for wordFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
