Thank you! I found it, they are a member of IPC
Eureka!Thank you! I found it, they are a member of IPC
What about if they are a member of ATA or they are not a member?
You've just answered your own question! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes they gave me the wrong permit, it was from the committee who gave me the wrong one.
They have told me to pay the fine. Why should I pay the fine when I lived here?
It's wrong to pay the fine when I lived here. So I won't pay the fine, I will ignored it.
I will contact the housing association and I will let them know that their employee gave me the wrong permit and I will also tell them to pay it or sack their employees.
As I want to check with you to make sure that I am in a safe hand, do you know if LPS is a member of British Parking Association, if they are a member of Independence Parking Committee and also if they are a member of Accredited Trade Association??
I guess they are not a member of BPA and ATA
Do you think if it is a good idea if I can park my car in a private car park where the notice board are on it with time limit of what time I am allow to park as I lived here and I am concerned that if I park my car in a private car park, they would fine me again and the fine would go up which it would cost me alot of money so they could take me to court to owe them thousands of pounds??
Can I break the notice board down at night time when no one is around if it wont give me a criminal damage or if the estate would not kick me out??
I now know I am going mad!!
I spent some time writing a reply and including links to ATAs

an ATA , is an APPROVED TRADE ASSOCIATION , guess what? , you cannot get details from the DVLA unless you join one
to reiterate ,
the BPA = the british parking assoc , who use POPLA for their appeal service
the IPC = the independent parking committee who use the IAS for there appeal system
either you have not read the links SHOWING ALL THE ACTIVE PARKING Cos in THE UK and to which association they are members of , or I have wasted a lot of time
