You guys on here have the patience of a Saint. What a wind up merchant - no matter what you tell him/her, they will twist it round and ask the same question over and over again. I have to keep checking the date to see that its not the 1st April :rotfl:

If this thread was true, the first thing that any aggrieved person would have done is placed the 'visitor' permit in their car, then complain to the HA and obtain a residents permit - after all, they have lived there for 30 years, so no rocket science required......

Without sounding patronising, you have done well and exhausted his/her arguments so he/she has changed tack and now wants you to give advice on causing criminal damage.... There has been a lot of unnecessary provocation coming from the OP on this thread (mostly removed/sanitized). They are hoping that at least one of you falters and agree with some illegal act. The PPC's must be getting very worried about your help on here to go to these lengths ! At least it proves that you are truly a thorn in their sides :T Keep it up .

Look, anyone can take anyone to court if they so wish.

    No, I can't be bothered, I'm out.

I got a PM yesterday too.

This is beginning to niff very strongly of a wind-up.

I received an email from MSE in the early hours to say this OP had tried to send me a PM and I have not even contributed to this thread yet...

I have only skim read some of this and it would appear that the OP is clearly trying the patience of posters and has been (from accounts) abusive

    It is simple:

LPS are members of the IPC and ATA (whatever we think of that verdict) which grants members the ability to obtain RK details

The IPC directors are the same as the directors of Gladstones (who provide assistance to IPC members and charge them for advice and notices)

The IPC / IAS and Gladstones were all run on the same server (though they have changed this recently trying to hide the association.

Gladstones domain http://www.gladstonessolicitors.co.uk is currently declared as non trading at Nominet.

Just waiting to drop that into a couple of court claims as a indicator of their business and report to the SRA.

    Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

And don't worry Will/ John - I do have screenshots of all the dates..

YES. So,all PPC's using IPC / IAS can now be discounted and ignored as IPC / IAS / Gladstones are not in the interests of the
general public and this most certainly should be noted in court

Won't be quite as easy as that unfortunately

However it would be recommended that anyone receiving a Gladstones Solicitors letter should make a formal complaint to the SRA
