You've left up enough to identify yourself. You can either leave it and have them print this thread out if they make a claim or you can remove it and be more free with your comments.

Which IAS member was it and why was the permit not valid?

Is it your land and you have a permit scheme in place.

    redact personal info

popla is not an option and never was because this is an IPC member and not a BPA member

    IPC use IAS

    BPA use POPLA

2 DIFFERENT ORGANISATIONS and 2 DIFFERENT SYSTEMS

Even though you lost the appeal (no surprise there as almost everybody loses) there is no requirement to pay, so argue it out in court if it ever comes to court

its not a fine either, its an unpaid invoice

Thank you for your advice, I have lost the appeal so are there anything I could do about it to stop me pay the fine or take to court?

How I can argue it to in court if it ever comes to court?

What if I lose my court case, I would have to pay more?

Don't I have to pay the fine then because I don't find it fair when I am the only one who got the fine and no one is else?

I'd find it disgusting how they have break my human rights when I have the right to park my car in a private car park without have to move it.

Parking Charge Number (PCN): XXXXXXXXX can identify you. I'll leave it up just to make sure it's available to identify you.

Which parking company issued the ticket.

We can suggest that when we know who it is as some do court / some don't

Oh sorry I didn't notice that, can you please remove the Parking Charge Number as I don't want them to identify me?

The parking company who issued the ticket is called London Parking Solutions.

London Parking Solutions do go to court but they don't turn up. You can either ignore and wait until they decide to try their luck at court or you can contact whoever hired them and get them to cancel.

You've found out that the IAS rarely cancel a ticket.

I am not surprised that they don't turn up to court.

Ok, I will ignore it but what if they take me to court what I can do and how i can fight?

Do you have the number for me to contact whoever hired them and get them to cancel?

How I can get them to cancel the ticket when I did not display the permit as I was scary to get the fine if I had put the visitor permit on my windscreen?

Since you have lived there for thirty years, I suspect you are more likely to have that information than the person you insulted earlier.

How I can get them to cancel the ticket when I did not display the permit as I was scary to get the fine if I had put the visitor permit on my windscreen?

Whilst the OP was rude to another poster, suggesting they pay a scam parking company so they can continue to inflict anguish on other innocent motorists is not really what this site is about.
