Just to note that the web portal "My Delight" appears to have been moved, taken down or their web site is not functioning properly. Clicking on the My Delight link reloads their home page.

Hi.
I'm wondering what's happened to Delight Mobile. In the last few days my PAYG sim card has stopped working completely. It's just giving me the 'emergency calls only' message.
I've tried switching Sim to another working phone and there is the same problem.
I last topped up around 60 days ago.
In addition, their support email address as given on the Delight website (support at delightmobile) isn't working either. I got a
- 550: No such domain at this location - rejection message response when I tried to send them an email.
Has this, or similar happened to anyone else?
Can anyone shed any light on what may have happened?
I'm currently out of the UK (hence why I first got a Delight sim to use sporadically moving back and forth). This has left me in the lurch a bit as I won't be able to use a UK phone when I land there in time for Easter next week.

The website is up but there's a message saying Attention: For customers in roaming
Facing network roaming issues? Click here & we’ll send a new SI which opens a sim order page
Have you tried calling customer services on 202 (Free from Delight Mobile) or Alternatively call 07892111202. (taken from their website)0 -

Hi.
Thanks for the response.
I can't actually call any number other than emergencies. So I can't even call 202 from my Delight Mobile.
I guess my own personal problem is that I'm abroad already so sending a new sim to a UK address really isn't going to solve anything in the short term.
I wonder what's happened with the sim cards. Perhaps they've been deactivated in error or something. Very strange.
Regardless, it's also poor that their contact email doesn't work either. I'm wondering if I should be looking for a new PAYG company asap.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0 -
Get in touch via facebook messenger, they reply to those quicker than email, in my experiance anyway0

Still no fix for this unfortunately (expect a new payg sim card/company thread soon). Though they did at least respond via FB - the email actually bounced back several times.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0

Anybody else use them? Are they any good? Reliability?
I ordered a sim from them last Sunday, and still haven't received it (they said 2 or 3 working days), which doesn't bode well for them in my mind. But I'd be interested in hearing others' experience of them.
Did you receive your sim card yet?Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0 -
Hello.
I know this is an old thread but i thought there was a newer one but i could not find it.
My dad called me last night from his landline as he said he had ran out of mobile credit.
He was a miffed as i only put £5 credit on it 4 weeks ago and as it's 3p pm and he had £2.56 left on Sunday and now he has under 50p left.
I checked his balance and it's correct and when i checked out his call history he used 8 mins on a call which should be 24p but after working it out it cost over 12p pm.
I tried to look at delight moblie website but they are no more as the now are Vectone and there rates are 12p p min.
How can the change the rates from 3p to 12p without notice?
He did get a sms about 2 weeks ago saying they will now be known as Vectone but no mention of the 4X increse.0 -

Further to the above when i checked his online account it shows after the calls on Sunday 1st July he had £2.56 credit but the calls he made yesterday are not showing yet. The Delight mobile site now goes to Vectone but the account part is the same as Delight.
There was no mention of the price changes in the sms he got and no other comminication was sent from Delight/Vectone about this.
I looked online about Vectone and there were hundreds of unhappy customers.
He only went with Delight because he still uses an old nokia mobile that lasts 6/7 days on 1 charge and is not a smart/feature phone and the 3p pm and the cheap calls to Spain and the USA was ideal for him.0
