I think you've grounds for a complaint, but given the small amount involved and the dire state of Vectone/Delight's idea of Customer Service I'd let it go. O2's classic PAYG tariff might be a good replacement, though I don't know their int'l call costs0

Thanks for that reply.
I know it's not a lot of money but his £2 and maybe 100's of other £2's add up to a lot and that is what Vectone hope that nobody complains and they keep that money.
Strange thing is my dad's Delight online says he has 5p credit but using the balance checker on the phone says he has 50p credit.
Other thing is that he called me on his mobile to my mobile and on checking the cost it is 19 pence pm and was on Delight only 3 pence pm.
I have spent over 2 hours onto Vectone on his mobile to ask what is going on and to get a PAC but i have still not got to speak to anybody yet.
I was thinking of changing over to 1pmobile as they use 2g network which his mobile is so he would not need a new mobile but you need to pay £10 to get the sim and then you have £10 credit but you need a PAC to swap his number over to 1pmobile but you get 14 days money back guarantee with them but it's not a lot of good if i cant get a PAC from Vectone.
I have sent 3 emails to Vectone yesterday and today but still waiting for a reply/call back.0 -

Update for anybody that's interested.
I have just spent 2 hours on my dad's mobile trying to get this sorted.
After 20 odd mins waiting got through to a male whom i could not understand much of and explained about the pricing and was told they are the new rates from Vectone and that's it and he said goodbye. Not happy.
I called again and waited and then they answered so told it again and then i asked for a PAC only to be told i cant have one as they asked why was i leaving and explained about the "new prices being very high" only to be told that that is not a valid reason to get a PAC and he hung up.
Got through again and during the process of getting PAC she asked for my dad's DOB, address, last top-up, and post code only for her to say that the postcode is not the postcode/address they have and she was about to say goodbye when i said my dad has lived here over 30 years and he got the sim from Delight. She then said ok can you tell me the last 2 numbers of the last 2 calls you made yesterday.
I told her i did not make any calls yesterday(04/07/2018) but i did on Monaday. After her saying again to tell her the numbers i got the 1st one correct but my dad didn't have the other one as it's on hiss mobile and i was using at the time so she said as i have taken too long ishe will now end the call.
I calmed down then retried 10 mins later and went through all the set up again and then i had to wait 20 secs for a code to come to the handset and tell him what it was so he could then give me a PAC and then he had the cheek to ask if i wanted to top -up £10 which i declined.
Looking on trustpilot you can see that Delight/Vectone are making very hard for people to leave them and if it was my dad making these calls he would of not got very far.
A long post but maybe it will help other people to get a PAC from Delight/Vectone.
Just to add i have ordered a 1pmobile sim with £10 on it for him and then have auto top up every 120 days to keep the sim active as with Delight if you had any credit left after 90 days you lose that credit as it doesn't roll over.0 -
