Delight Sim arrived today and I’m thinking of getting the £15 bundle with unlimited everything.
But before I do that can someone please give me some feedback.
I have been told at work that unlimited calls are not unlimited and calls drop and data is also not unlimited is this right?
Thank you
If you port your number to Delight for every month you top up by £5 per month you get £10 per month free for up to 3 months.
Data is not unlimited. After you use 6GB you get throttled. Support doesn't exist, porting a number to Delight takes a week if it ports at all, top-ups only last for 90 days and your number gets deleted after 120 days of no chargeable event and they don't appear to realise they are Delight and not Vectone.
Light users on PAYG would be better off with The Phone Co-op or Asda Mobile and users wanting a larger data allowance should look out for offers on O2 and Vodaphone.0 -
Im with vectone now and top up £10 a month, my main number which I use for work is with Virgin and vectone is just to call people and use data.
my monthly data use is around 3 to 4gb but I can call around 1000min and 500 texts. What happens if you push this button?0 -

On this transfer trick, if we have two mobiles with £5 credit each (due to expire soon), and transfer £5 from A to B, and then from B to A, does B definitely send its original credit (that was about to expire) rather than just sending back the newly-refreshed credit ?
Tried this since the 90 days were almost up. Two sims with about £3 each. Put £5 onto A, then sent £5 to B. But next day, balance on A was 0, suggesting they sent the new credit, leaving old credit behind to expire.0 -
Personally I've never bought the unlimited bundle so I couldn't comment on how unlimited it is. I've had no problem using Delight, but not as my main provider and I would never port my regular number to them or load more than £5 and buy a £3 or £5 data bundle. Be aware that any unused top-up credit expires after 90 days and you are likely to get no response if you ever need to call the CS line for assistance.
Finally managed to port my number out today away from Delight.
Their lack of response from calling the CS line, switching off my voicemail, switching off my number for 3 days a double purchase of credit from one top up and the the credit expiring are just some of the reasons I left.
Could have been good to use infrequently but could not stay any longer.
I managed to get a good deal with a pay monthly and cashback so left and number successfully ported today. Happy daysLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.

Did you manage to get through on the phone or did they give you the PAC via email ?
I couldn't contact them by phone, it just kept me on hold with no update as to how I was progressing or an option for them to call me back.
I contacted them by email and they weren't at all helpful, said my memorable information didn't match what they had on record!!??
I posted on their facebook page, they asked me to send them a PM with some details and I had the PAC code within 24 hours!
