I would like a PAC but it sounds like there is little chance of getting through to Customer Service. Best we can do is top up £5 at a time then just before the 90 days is up buy a 99p bundle (33 mins, 33 texts, 33MB - lasts 30 days), donate anything left to charity. OFCOM will be getting a few complaints about this I would think.0

Am I the only one unable to login?
Tried using the original number and the password from the welcome email as the username as well as the ported number, but nothing happens except being thrown out from https://www.delightmobile.co.uk/myaccount/login to https://www.delightmobile.co.uk/ without any messages...0 -
Grumbler, if u clear the cache on your browser it will work properly. I had the same problem last week. Its a shame delight has done this with credit that expires after 90 days, got all my friends on delight for the free calls and texts, do any other companys do free calls and text to same network without toping up, like delight do. I dont want to buy bundles, just normal payg0

I wonder if we're seeing a trend back to PAYG credit expiry. I'm not sure if others remember but when PAYG first came out, credits expired after 30 days. Virgin Mobile changed all that when they launched in 1999 offering non expiring credits, and others had to follow.0

You must be one of the lucky ones
I have double checked and I definitely had £11.73 on my phone on 1st March when I topped up by £10. I still have £2.73 over 90 days later. The only thing I can think that has possibly saved my balance is that I am subscribed to one of their data bundles that auto renews each month. Can anyone confirm if they are on a bundle but still had their credit older than 90 days wiped?0 -
Swipe it could be that credit bought before the t&c change is safe albeit I don't recall when this actually changed. Still awaiting PAC number after requesting it a week ago.0

There's a world of difference between "If any call credit is not used within 90 days ..." and "If no call credit is used within 90 days ...".
Are we absolutely certain of the shift from having to make one chargeable call every 90 days to having to use up all credit within 90 days of adding it?0 -

That website is not official. The delight mobile entry has been updated by the maintainer based on the viewer comments0
