Yep use it all in 90 days or lose it -
http://kenstechtips.com/index.php/payg-inactivity-account-termination-and-credit-expiryThat website is not official. The delight mobile entry has been updated by the maintainer based on the viewer comments
[12](b) We can cancel this agreement immediately if any of the following occur:
i. Where you do not use the Services at least once every 120 days your Delight Mobile SIM will be disconnected from the Network, this Agreement will be terminated, Multifunctional Top-up Voucher recorded on your Account that has not expired will be forfeited and you will lose your Number;
ii If any call credit is not used within 90 days, (including any credit that has been allocated to you by a Delight administrator) Delight will place your My Delight Account on inactive status and you will not be entitled to a refund of any remaining credit stored thereto.

The wording appears to be copied directly from the T&Cs of Lebara Mobile, which is dated August 2015.Evolution, not revolution0 -
Swipe it could be that credit bought before the t&c change is safe albeit I don't recall when this actually changed. Still awaiting PAC number after requesting it a week ago.
Checked my account and can now see that remaining credit bought 27th Dec and 28th Jan was wiped on 28th April. Luckily I transferred some credit to another account or would have lost more. Total wiped about £13.50. Not sure why the Dec credit lasted 4 months.
EDITED: See below, looks like they added this condition probably around the end of April. However, any credit purchased before then should be safe, but clearly it isn't otherwise no-one should have lost credit yet.0 -

One other point on this. On Digitalspy there is a similar thread. The OP said he used Wayback and found on 20th April the 90 day expiry condition had not been added. The credit I have had wiped was bought 27th Dec, 28th Jan and 1st March all before that condition changed. Worthy of an OFCOM complaint.

What I don't understand is where does the "Delight will place your My Delight Account on inactive status" come in to it if you are still using credit. It makes no sense at all and is misleading.0

This worked for me I transferred £5 28/3 and the remainder is still active whereas other credit bought before then has been wiped. I can't transfer again as balance less than £5 but I'll buy a recurring bundle before it expires and see if doing that extends the life of the credit.0 -
Or just move to a more reputable provider?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

The big networks are to expensive for light users. Good thing about delight, 1, free calls and texts 2 other delight mobiles,no top up required.2,3p a min,2p atext and1p per megabite. 3, works on 2g phones, 4,transfer credit between delight numbers. Ideal, if family on delight to, as mine are. 5, itemised call history on website. 6, £5 top ups. Bad things, 1, credit expires after 90 days. Think il stick with um 4 the time being0
