Sorry you are wrong they have changed the T & Cs no matter how many chargeable calls you make they will take your balance after
the 90 days are up, its shocking at best.0 -

That was the impression i got from the T&C's.
My dad put £20 on the last day of January and his last call was 2/3 April and was abroad for most of April and 2 weeks ago all his credit had gone so the 90 day thing means you have to spend the credit on or before 90 days and then top up.
But does that mean if you have £3 credit left and top up £10 do you have £13 to use before the next 90 days or will they still take the £3 from the last top up leaving £10 and that £10 has to be used within 90 Days?
Their facebook site has lots of people saying the same thing about the credit being taking.
My dad doesn't use the mobile much and it was a good company to use but he will have to look elsewhere now.0 -

.
Pretty certain if the £3 is over 90 days it will be taken.0 -

Their Ts&Cs say this:
ii If any call credit is not used within 90 days, (including any credit that has been allocated to you by a Delight administrator) Delight will place your My Delight Account on inactive status and you will not be entitled to a refund of any remaining credit stored thereto.
How can they put your account on inactive status if you are still spending credit? I cannot see how this clause can be enforced when their Ts&Cs say otherwise. I'm sure I still have credit in my account that is older than 90 days.
I'm just glad I topup via voucher and these jokers don't have my personal details, let alone, my credit card or bank details. I can really see these new terms shooting themselves in the foot. I certainly won't be topping up by more than £5 any longer0 -

You must be one of the lucky ones, the thing that angers most people was that they were unaware of the T&Cs changes until there cash was taken, lots of them on facebook now demanding
PUC codes who on earth runs this cowboy outfit.0 -
I have in total four delight SIMS - we got them due to free calls and texts between family members. Two have not been topped up for ages (6 months), and still have a balance. The other two were topped up in March, balance of about £4.50 was wiped off after 90 days.
So it looks like if you topped up last year, that credit won't expire. But any new credits will expire. It's not at all good, no warning at all that credit was about to be wiped. I think they'll be losing customers rapidly now and probably won't last long.0 -

That's quite interesting. Same happened here. I had two SIM's which were topped up last year and are still showing correct balance. My wife had a newer one which was topped up four months ago and despite making calls, the balance is now zero. I guess they are covering themselves and only top ups since they changed their T&C's are affected.
Well there's no room in my life for Delight Mobile with that sneaky move and I will ensure that anyone I know who is considering them is informed. I hope everyone else does the same. IMO it's underhand and defeats the whole idea of having a PAYG card at all. There is going to be a period for most users, whether due to time away, illness or some other reason, where they fall foul of these thieving tactics.
Looking at Facebook it would seem almost impossible to contact them and obtain a PAC. Especially annoying if you have had a number for some time, as I have.
I'd sooner text the balance to charity than let these thieves get it.
Just my 2p worth.0 -
Interesting point about last years topups, some people still awaiting replies to pac number requests what a fiasco0
