As an update to this (if anyone cares), I still haven't received my Delight Mobile sim, that's 10 working days. I guess they don't want my custom. Three sim on the other hand came in 3 days.

I ordered a Delight sim on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived this morning. I suspect your sim has been lost or delayed in the post.

    Likewise.

I rang Delight to supply a nano SIM to replace an older item. 3 in 1 SIM arrived a couple of days later and it then took a quick phone call to them to have the number and credit moved across. It was done in a couple of minutes.

Quite impressed so far. OP, your SIM has probably been lost or delayed in transit as d123 says.

My Delight SIM arrived within days earlier this year, but when I ordered one for my brother, who does not use internet, it never arrived. A second attempt had the same result. Could it be because my IP address does not match the delivery address for my brother?
    Evolution, not revolution
  • Doubt it. Iv ordered sims for family members, all arrived within a week to there homes.

    IP addresses aren't geographic.

... each time I phones customer services I was on hold for in excess of 20 minutes....
Does anyone have more recent experience?

Are Delight Mobile in financial difficulties as there customer service never answer any queries or emails and I see a few people including on twitter have had credit balances deleted to zero and they are not very happy.

Yes i think they are in trouble.
I have just saw this and it reminded me about my dad who is with Delight.
About 2 weeks ago he was out shopping and went for a costa coffee and was sitting down and went to check his wallet for something and could not find his debit or credit card in there so panic set in. As he was 30 miles from home he went to call me so i could go to his house and check for him but it said no credit left. He left there and then got a 2 buses back home and he found the cards in his other coat so that was ok.
As his balnce was 00.00 and he was abroad for 3 weeks before that we could not understand why there was no credit as he topped up £20 in January.Only uses the phone if he has to and making calls to Spain or USA.
Looking at Delight facebook site a lot of people are complaining about zero balance and i just had a look on Delight T&C part 12-b it states if credit not used in 90 days the balance will be inactive and no refund or near enough.
I am not sure what that really means but i think he may have to look elsewhere for a new provider.

Just make sure you send a text once every 90 days and it's not a problem. Saying that, i'll only be topping up by £5 from now on in case they go under.

Swipe- My dad is sure that he that he used the phone well within the 90 day limit from when he topped up.
The new T&C are not that clear to me. If you look at Delights facebook you will see a few people have lost their credit.
The T&C says 90 days to use credit but does that mean make a call or text and the 90 days starts again or you have to put credit on every 90 days as my dad did make calls within 90 days.
