Fingers crossed it all works out!!0

Still plugging away. Doesn't feel like much to report. Still just focusing on not spending money and not getting fired. Just about all I can do. Not got anything left to sell.
Got sunburnt on Sunday and decided to maybe swap for my summer wardrobe. Then today happened... maybe not.
I'm sure there's a load more we could declutter. I feel like I need hubby home to crack on with it though. Mainly as its his stuff lol. But to be fair the main stuff in our house is toys and they haven't outgrown them yet. Plus the girls sorely need a wardrobe. Clothes all over the door and top. But I'm saving that til we get a new place.
I'm more obsessed with clutter busting than debt busting im sure of it.
Hope you're all well.
I'm nearly on 3000 points on yougov and have been neglecting onepoll.
Haven't been able to sell my phone as I can't work out how to transfer the photos.
Lots of love to you all xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

I'm on 4000 yougov points, so not too far for my first payout. I have been on onepoll for a few years now and have had a couple of payouts - as I work on a pc, log on a couple of times a day. I'm thinking of doing a couple more, but I don't know if I can be bothered.0

Try Prolific Academic - though don't be too discouraged as right now there are fewer studies coming through there. The studies are usually from students doing Masters or PHDs and are on a wide range of subjects. You enter a lot of info upfront, and after that you will almost never be dq'd from a survey to which it says you are eligible. Even in the current slack period I have been getting £5 a week from them. You can cash out at £5 and pay paypal fees or wait til £20 to avoid them.
Also worth a try is Populus which is another of those where you build up to a certain amount before being able to cash out.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

Can't find profilic academy
thank you though jj. I'll keep trying.
The money has all been done. Scary now as the credit card balances are up nowdone my sums and apparently both of us will be totally in the black may next year. Everything's always better on paper. Doesn't account for a lot of things.
Looking at houses locally and everything seems to have gone up £20k in the last 2 years without improvements. Plus it's a sellers market big time. Nothing's coming on xLoan 1 £5200/£8000

Thanks for those suggestions, Joey
Kitten, I think that many people may have already put their homes on the market, so things could be a bit quiet, as all of those have sold. Keep looking, something will come up.0 -

Prolific Academic - not academy - though it should probably have come up. There's a thread about it on the Boost Your Income boards too where people post when they've found a survey on there.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

Haha what a boob!
Well I've fought and lost with Tesco bank. They don't do compensation it would appear. Plus it means I've probably messed up my payments this month. Paying off the interest free bit not the charging bit. I just don't think you can not pay interest with Tesco.
Plus being down to one credit card has brought down my credit rating. Not sure how that works but there you are.
Feeling on track for my goals. Getting quite annoyed about not tackling my own credit cards though. Sounds stupid but I'm looking forward to buying the house just so I can start paying back my mum. Just want to see it to down. I'm going to snowball my mum haha
My plan is to have my mum paid back this year. I never want to be in debt to family again. Want it to be a short lived thing. So she can still be proud of me.
Getting very impatient now. Just want hubby home and start the home buying!
It's dd2s birthday coming up. Combination of not having the money and the fact our home is already a plastic wonderland I'm struggling. There's nothing that a 1 year old girl could want that we don't already have. Feel like the meanest mummy ever. My plan is to go easy on present buying then buy loads of garden toys when we get a garden. Plus loads of activities when daddy comes home.

Stupid tesco...they're rubbish!0 -
Hi Kitten - thought I would stop by and say you are too hard on yourself! You have done fantastically and you should be proud that you have managed to come this far whilst practically being a single parent with two young children.
