That's awful Kitten, cocalls is right - totally illegal and I suggest you mention this to them in your next chat - some genuinely don't know and some people just try and get away with what they can but soon back down when offered proof.

Hallway sounds lovely - we can't decorate for minimum of 6 months so it's going to kill me having a blank canvas for that long - in fact we have already bought the wallpaper for a few rooms for when we can steam ahead with it!

All coming together for you, just takes time to get it all to your taste :)

Oh my bloody Nora. I can't believe I agreed to this. We've bought a fixer upper and he's never here! I've started to consider a cold bath a luxury! This is madness. Today the kitchen ceiling started coming down. This drives me mad. I can't keep up with cleaning up after him. Keep trying to make what rooms I can look nice but i can't. There's so much stuff that has nowhere to go.
I worry that we've moved too far away and about living where we live. I'm upset that living at my mum's for a few months has caused so many rifts. And that i can't get back to our old routine that we had where we lived before. I want my girls to be happy but I'm getting my knickers in a twist about stuff. This house is mad it's like some madman has gone around ruining everything. The electrics, the walls, the doors... everything is a buggared and I want to replace it all. We don't even have doors upstairs because they are too tight to the floor. BUT we are so poor.
I wish there was more money coming in and I wish I was a better mother.
Right moan over. Tomorrow the tiles are coming and we have to go Christmas shopping BUT this time i have the double pram. Yay!! Haven't used it in a year i hope I remember how to put it together. My little girl has asked that she gets to buy my Christmas present bless her so I'm taking her to pick it tomorrow. And before i get told off its pjs from Primark; that way she can be excited to be giving me something covered in disney that i will actually use. I think its important that she gets to feel the joy of giving bless her. She made her Nanny a card today and i was so impressed. Hubby was supposed to take her but never mind. So excited to go out tomorrow! And to be clean. Xxx

I don't have too much to say, but as someone who has read you diary from the beginning I will simply say this.

You are not a bad mother.

You have provided a loving environment to your children whether you have been living and the fact that your daughter has picked up on the spirit of giving at an age where they can be forgiven for being focused solely on the presents they may get shows that you have brought both her and her sibling up well.

You have achieved so much and please don't forget that you do it with certain odds stacked against you.

Things may be tough now, but I hope (and am certain) that they will improve soon.

    Take care. X

Oh florence! You total sweetie. Thank you so much for such lovely words. You are too kind.
Bad news is that I have caught youngests sickness bug. I was up all night throwing up! I have done the unholy of all unholies and demanded hubby came home as I was struggling to look after the babies in between running to the toilet. At first I was told off but I put my foot down and they've been understanding! He got home for 1 when I'd just put us all to bed. He's taken them shopping.
I feel awful but happy my girls are out having fun. I just hope I can have some toast soon. AND my Christmas present is going to be a surprise!!! How exciting!
Hope you're all well my lovely ladies. Thank you all xxx
