Hi jrsga, I can confirm the info you've received from MSE is correct and although a marker will be left on your credit file to show a check's been completed, it will not show as a full search. Thanks for the offer however I'm pleased to say the issue has now been resolved and cheap energy club should be paying the cash back from my first switch in the next few days

Oops, i was just helping a relative switch and realised in the account numbers box during the switch when I did mine I entered the meter numbers, not my customer account numbers, is that going to cause a problem can anyone at MSE advise?

I am already with sainsburys energy, which I understand is BG anyway ?....would prefer the 30 pounds cash back to be a credit on my account, but it's not a issue if it's paid into my bank account.0 -

My switch onto the new collective switch went a lot smoother this time. The tariff has updated today on both my gas and electric0
