Hi xxx Your Noddle account has been upgraded to include Noddle Alerts.
You'll now get an email alert when anything significant changes on your credit report, and will be able to access your latest credit report when you log in to check your report.
Not only does Noddle Alerts help you to stay on top of your credit report, you can also make sure no-one is applying for credit in your name, or using your details fraudulently.
If you've any questions or need any further information, you can email us at contact@noddle.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please don't reply to this email - it's automated, so we won't get your message.
Thanks again for buying Noddle Alerts.
Kind regards
The Noddle Team
this service is not going to help when someone removes £500-£1000 from my bank account using the info on my credit/debit card .
unfortunately due to business I cannot simply cancel my card , and wait 10 days for a new one .
I take care of my card details , Talk talk do NOT take care of my data0 -
Can anyone answer this question,
I am a TT customer for home phone and broadband, pay by direct debit.......why should I be cancelling debit and credit cards on my account? I understand they have my bank account details but are my cards safe?
Thanks.0 -
have you ever used the early payment , 10% off email to pay?0

No. Have I saved hassle, rather than 10% then ?0 -

The only information needed for a direct debit is the sorting code number and account number. This information is on any cheque that you write, so it's not secret information. If you've never given your debit card number to Talk Talk, there's no way it can be generated from your sort code and account number.
In theory the worst that can happen is that a person with your sorting code number and account number could set up a debit debit on your account. But you are protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee, whereby any money taken from your account not authorised by you is refunded immediately.
But, as you have never given your card details to Talk Talk, then the card details couldn't have been stolen.Early retired - 18th December 2014

Would I be correct in thinking that this is a problem for those paying by Debit / Credit cards - rather than DD ?0
