Regarding an eviction, I do believe we all have the right to correct our ways and she deserves that chance. However, her vandalism was quite obviously deep rooted in racism and hatred of your background. That's something that can't be learnt. Even if she doesn't continue damaging your car, her prejudices are quite obvious and are unlikely to change.

Hope you get a prosecution, would be a terrific result.

Yeah, maybe moving her somewhere else will be better for her too - she's obviously got some deep rooted dislike for foreigners so it's unlikely she'll just accept blame and stop. Maybe she won't be so offended by the presence of her new neighbours.

Unfortunately, I fear that she will play the innocent old lady card and get away with it. Really hope not.

And when she is evicted she will go to a land of just white people? All you are doing is attempting to move the problem from you and onto other people.

She needs to be told that she is welcome to think anyone other than white people are inferior to her, but she needs to keep those opinions to herself, behind closed doors and rather than force interaction with the people she so clearly dislikes, ignore them.

Perhaps an eviction will be a good way of educating her about that and make her more reluctant to do it again.

How do you know it's a racist crime. Are the other neighbours who she's targeted also claiming it's racism.


She could just be peed off with people parking on the pavements.
She could be peed off with houses filming people walking along pavements.
The OP could be an unsociable neighbour


We are only hearing one side of the story. Sometimes there is more background to the story which has driven her to this. Not saying her actions are acceptable but we don't know if she is suffering from harassment which has affected her judgement. We should not be too quick to judge.

You sound like one of those "do gooders" we hear about finding excuses for everyone who does something wrong !
