Elderly keying my new car

I wasn't insinuating damaging her car ... I was wondering if she was getting territorial about "her" parking space. (Which would be stupid if she DIDN'T have a car).0

Very quick update:
PC came in, took racially agrevated statement against her and she was arrested. I will not be posting video until court decision has been taken.
Interesting thing the PC said: In their usual morning meeting where they discuss murderers, missing high profile people and our case was there! After last night's report, the case has been escalated to the DSP (or ministry of internal affairs).
Furthermore the PC confirmed that the case was initially dismissed and not taken serious until someone reviewed all the calls and council records and issued Neglect Action report.
Thank you all for your help - I will keep the thread updated with the consequences.
We were told that it may not be necessary to go to court as the CCTV is clear and witness reports will be taken to support the case.0 -
As i said what would occur .... odd that ?0

That is fantastic news. I really hope this ends in a conviction. She's a criminal, and she deserves a criminal record for her actions. She now has plenty of time for her to reflect on her actions while she's watching the Emmerdale Omnibus.0 -
That's good news. Hopefully something productive will come of it.0

most probably a slap on the wrist and a small fine.
A proven Racially motivated offence could mean prison , even on first offence . Justice system is very poor at dishing out punishments that fits the crime , but with Racially Motivated crime it does a pretty good job .....on the other side a Rapist in Suffolk who got into a womans house and raped her in her bed got 5 years yesterday !0 -
Unfortunately the justice system is cruel and for that, I don't blame you lot.A proven Racially motivated offence could mean prison , even on first offence . She'll probably plead guilty to the damage but not guilty to the racial element. She'll just claim it was because you were parked on the pavement outside her house.
The CPS are so awful these days I wouldn't count on a conviction.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -
Will be a real shame if she gets off just because she's a bit old and frail. She’s a criminal and where there may be some room for mitigation in my case, there's none in hers. She's a criminal and she deserves a conviction. She'll probably plead guilty to the damage but not guilty to the racial element. She'll just claim it was because you were parked on the pavement outside her house.
