No, my local Tesco doesn't have contactless- frustrating as I would have spent £30 x 2 + £25.
There are precious few outlets which have the technology, and those that have don't seem to like TSB!
Today in Wilco the wretched card wouldn't work ..(it had done so previously).. I have only made one contactless payment this week.I used the bank machine the night before to unlock the PIN. I certainly won't be reaching £100 (never mind the possible extra £5 on my second card.) It seems to be one big hassle.
I have been back to the TSB machine... but not holding my breath!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

My wife and I both got ours too.
Interestingly for both of us the amount was more than expected. I got the full £5 when my actual contactless spend was slightly under £100 and my wife was a fair bit lower, but still got more than 5%. I can only assume that we did get credit for failed contactless transactions, as my spreadsheet calculating the amount we were due back was correct.
I'd be interested to know if anyone else who spent under £100 had the same experience.'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0
