  • Wow, congratulations on the house buying abba and good luck with your debt busting too.

You have done so well. I am also on an 'up' at the moment, lets hope it stays that way.

I need to keep making little payments when I can through the month as this will make a difference to my CC totals, however small, it all helps eh. :)

Oh definitely I pick an account and focus on clearing it then move on to the next one and I defo find that making a payment a day no matter how small certainly adds up throughout the year. I'm quite sad as I've planned out the next three targets which takes me up to June next year xx

I totally agree abba making small payments towards one account really does make a difference. I Intend to carry on doing so :)

I make my regular payments every month towards my cards with a very small overpayment on them. I then hit one hard every month and see the balance coming down nicely.

The snowball calculator is great. Shame I didn't find it years ago :(

According to my new snowball I should be clear of my cards a lot sooner than I first thought. So a bonus there I suppose.

Anyway I have been making home made slimming soups with cupboard ingredients. A very quick, cheap meal indeed. First time ever and they came out a treat . I splashed out £8 on a blender. Only a hand held one and I had great fun trying to get to grips with it

How do you get soup out of your hair :rotfl:

Also enjoyed another FREE swim today :T

    :j :hello: :j :hello:

    Hi all

Sad I know but I wanted to say I have lost 9 pound in my first week of following Slimming World

I have never eaten so much, honestly. I think my FREE swimming has helped and I will certainly be continuing.

This has given my overall mood a huge boost and a much needed one.

Very random post I know but little things like this excite me now :rotfl:

That's not a little thing 12MC - it's a fantastic weightloss and you're quote right to be excited about it! Well done! x
Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭
