:hello:
Hi all hope you are all having a lovely sunny weekend where you are.
I have just returned from my FREE swimming session
It felt even better today as I didn't have to pay.
I think the swimming is doing my mood good. I am quite upbeat and not moaning (as usual)
Another small overpayment made to CC today. This would have been what I paid for swimming so I put it to good use.
Going to make the most of the sun this afternoon and have a pub lunch with OH. 2 for a tenner so not too drastic there. (must stick to a slimming version)
Hope you are all well.

That swim sounds divine. Isnt it baking today. Took my son to the river for an hour. He loves wading around in there. The other day when we were there and a lady with her grand kids came over and said how nice it was to see him in there and said how she thinks it is sad no one lets their kids play in the water anymore. Its true that we never see other children in it. Only dogs

You're so right Bob
Children spend too much time stuck indoors in front of the TV or Computer games.
When I was young (many moons ago) I was what was called a street raker. Out all day and come home hours later starving hungry and filthy dirty.
We used to play marbles on a drain
Knock down ginger was always fun too. I never knocked on anyone's door though
Good times though
