  • Hi again

I have been batch cooking with cupboard ingredients . We now have different flavoured soups coming out of our ears :rotfl:

My new £8 hand blender is getting a right old bashing. Money well spent there I think

How cheap is it to make homemade soup  I never realised, and I never thought it would be so filling. No more wasted food in this house it will be soup all the way from now on.

I had a CC statement drop in today, so paid that with a small overpayment. Waiting to hit my target one with the big payment when my statement generates.

Payday on Monday so I will be bashing some more debt right on the head :D

I may even make some more soup :p

I totally agree Bob. When I think the food I have wasted when I could have made it into something else.

My lot will be like "oh have we got mums make it up as you go along soup again" :rotfl:

Sad I know but I wanted to say I have lost 9 pound in my first week of following Slimming World

I have never eaten so much, honestly. I think my FREE swimming has helped and I will certainly be continuing.

This has given my overall mood a huge boost and a much needed one.

Very random post I know but little things like this excite me now :rotfl:

Well done that's huge. It's amazing how much you can eat, isn't it?

    Hi Denise

I can honestly say that I was worried about getting on the scales. I said to my DD that I will be disheartened if I haven't lost anything.

Although I did start to feel like I had lost a bit by the end of my week I was still sceptical.

I will certainly be continuing and I know that you always lose a little extra during the first week but It is a weight loss plan that I am going to stick to and am actually enjoying. :D

Heres to the start of week 2
