I knew the solicitor, because I was contacted to go to court. But the airline settled out of court.

Thank you for the BBC radio link. It is infuriating to hear Jakub Tokan making the false claims he is making on Radio. I have trail of evidence from phonecalls to emails which just shows how he is a complete liar. He promised payment and evident sent fake screen shots claiming that payment was made and transaction was authorized.

You may want to know that EUDELAY are now trading across Europe and have offices in other European Countries. I think they have branched to other countries to trick them like they did with us.

Eu delay had my groups money for months totally around £2000, Jakub Kotan sent 2 cheques which bounced and claimed to be putting the money in my bank on various occasions. The money never appeared. It took about 6 months of us constantly phoning and emailing the company before we finally got our money. Jakub emailed me on numerous occasions and he also phoned to say I was upsetting HIM by not believing he would give me the money!! he also threatened legal action if I bad mouthed him!! I would urge everyone not to use this company. I emailed Thomas Cook to warn them of dealing with this company but I got a computer generated reply so I dont think they even read my email

Just to give you guys/girls a quick update..

I got the details of the solicitor who was based in Ireland and spoke to them early in December and they advised that payment was sent to EUDelay on the 30th November. It then took a further 2 weeks for EUDelay to acknowledge they had received the funds, this was after constantly chasing them. Anyway, on the 22nd December I received an email confirming my payment amount and advising that I would receive the funds within 10 working days, which as what happens with everyone else, it didn't happen. So on Friday 8th January I chased this up and was told that payment was only sent on Monday 4th January, via BACS which takes 3 days, so why hadn't I received it? I chased again today and I have been told that its been chased with the accountant to confirm why I haven't been paid and was told I'd have the remittance advice within 1 hour, which 3 hours later I still have nothing. I contacted EUDelay again a short while ago and advised that unless I have some sort of confirmation, I will be taking this further as quite frankly how that company is allowed to trade is beyond me.

I stupidly asked Eudelay to fight my claim for compensation for a delayed flight and despite a trail of evidence to support my claims, many promises by email and phone they have not paid the money that they owe us. Money that they received from BA in March 2015. They do answer emails and do answer the phone have not paid us what we are owed.
