EUdelay - Still trading?

Does anyone have any information on EUdelay or been in contact recently?
I have an ongoing case with them and they no longer reply to emails, the online case and never answer the phone (on any number).
I have also seen a post on TripAdvisor where someone has claimed they have not been paid by EUdelay and *they* claim it's a scam.

If anyone has an ongoing case it would be good to hear if you have managed to make contact with them, I personally have been totally unable, my case is far from complete so I'm not too concerned.
EDIT:
Lots of people here not been paid:

This appears to be the person on TripAdvisor.

EDIT2:
Also appears they have closed their Facebook account, wonder why?

Although their website shows that correspondence can be sent to Abbey House in Redhill they have left. There are no instructions to forward post and it will be returned to sender. My advice would be to send any mail to the Eudelay Limited registered office at 30 Church Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9AE0

How long have they been not replying?0 -
They've stopped taking new instructions so far as I can tell. If you click on "Start claim" it now says:
"We are no long[sic] accepting claims from customers."
Somewhat concerned by the reports here:
http://www.watchmywallet.co.uk/travel-leisure/flights/2013/november-(1)/eu-delay-review/
Lots of people appear to be having extreme difficulty in getting funds out of them.
I was told that funds were received into a client account. Assuming I understand the way things work correctly, if this is the case then there shouldn't be any difficulty in retrieving the funds for clients, as they'd only ever be paying out what they've actually got, and client funds would be separate from company funds.
Tony - did you get further, or have they just failed to respond?0 -

I have not tried in a while but they just stopped answering the phone or replying to email or tickets..0 -
I have also not had any response off them for the last 2 months and yesterday after reading around on the internet, I found this article and the watchmywallet article so I tried calling EUDelay, but it rang out to Voicemail. However, I rang back 30 mins later and I got through to Jakub Katon (CEO). I asked him what has been going on and it was pretty clear I was being lied to as the story changed as the call progressed. However he did say he would phone me back after speaking to his solicitors and to be fair, he did call back and advise that they are awaiting payment from Ryanair and that he would call me in a couple of weeks to let me know how it's progressing.
I have very strong reservations that he will, but I will certainly be chasing him in a few weeks to find out what is going on...0 -
Stu, I think in your case I'd want to know who the solicitor is and see evidence that the case had been resolved. A rummage back through twitter *seems* to suggest that Coleman Ctts (who were dealing with EUDelay's cases) haven't been doing so since July.
Was there something about business restructuring?0 -
