Good deal on Sky. Refer a friend and get an £125 gift card for you both. Just got ours on a basic package but is all we need. Thanks Sky:D:D0

50% off and £100 credit negotiated for both ourselves and my girlfriend's parents after cancellation. They'll play a little hardball but the offers are still there.0

I gave notice to cancel yesterday. The "best" deal they could offer was 35% off for 5 months of a 12 month contract. This was after I said I didn't want to listen to any offers.
I'm not playing a game this time, definitely switching to BT. Had enough of Sky.0 -
I've been offered the same today, 35% off my Sky TV for 6 months (which works out at about £10 a month or £60 in total). Told them I'd speak to my other half and then decide. Is it likely I'll get a better deal?0

If you have given your cancel notice, you should see at least a 50% deal on your MySky. If not, try online chat and try to speak to someone in India to get the best deal.I've been offered the same today, 35% off my Sky TV for 6 months (which works out at about £10 a month or £60 in total). You must cancel your TV before you get at least a 50% off deal. See above for info.0 -

Perhaps not factually 100% true now.
As reported by me and many others 35% is appearing in mysky after cancelation and they are playing a bit more hardball.0 -

.
I think you missed the part where I said I wasn't looking for a better offer! I'm happy to leave and go to a new provider.0 -
We had a call yesterday(cancellation due 13th April)
Offered 50% discount, eventually, but with less channels.
Declined their offer.0 -
I cancelled my broadband and landline yesterday, well tried to, but anyway told them I was going to PlusNet - the advisor on live chat refused to haggle, just agreed that the current PN deal is very good!
Had a sorry to see you go email today, no offers, and nothing on MySky - will definitely change TV provider as well now!0 -
I called Sky to cancel the sports package (which we had only signed up for a few years ago to get 3D). So I was chatting to this very friendly Welshman about 3D, 4K and so on, for about 10 minutes, then as well a bringing my bill down by cancelling sports, he said as I'd been so friendly he would give me a 6 month discount of £16.01 a month! We carried on chatting for a while, then said our goodbyes like old friends!
That's what you call customer service :TSerendipity
