No mistype, we couldn't beleive it either! They let us off £20.75 each month for 12 months saving £249.

We are still paing £21.75p/m for TV (Original), Phone and Broadband with Sky. On 25th March this will all increase to more than £50p/m.

OK -I see -the 75p per month is just the upgrade from Original to Family -still a good deal:)

I was wondering how you could possibly reach this conclusion, until I noticed that the original post says the offer was 75p/month for Original (usually£21.50), but a quotation from that post says Family (usually £21.50),so there has been some confusing editing.

Yes, apologies. It is the Original Bundle I had, not the Family. So I am paying 75p for a £21.50 bundle.

Original is £20 per month, as it went down in price when the other packages went up.

OK, it was £21.50 at the time but it's still a huge saving!
  • When SKY quote 50% off etc

It's 50% off of what.....the total bill or certain section of the bill

Previously I remember that things like HD and multi room were extras and wasn't part of the 50% off promotion.

Is that still the same now

I got 60% off of everything I now have (Family plus Sports plus HD pack) - but during the discussion on chat,I raised multiroom (as I was getting a new HD+ box and briefly thought about putting the old Sky+ box in the bedroom) -NO discounts available.
My s-i-l got offered a 6 month deal on multiroom when he recently negotiated -think that was 50% off -but he decided to let it go.
  • What's the situation if my Sky TV and multi room are running at different times.

My Sky TV min period is 17 April 2016 and therefore I can give the 30 days notice at the end of this week. But my multi room runs until October 2016

Then you are still in contract until October 2016. It's doubtful if you will be successful in negotiating a good discount as they still have you by the short and curlies until your contract ends.
