Does anyone know how much is is to upgrade to sky q as existing customer? Been without sky since last february, and cant get a decent deal from win back for Q, only 35% off tv.
Just had email offer (ends tomorrow) 60% off 18 months tv deal and £7.50 for cinema on rolling contract, so would it be better to accept this then do upgrade to Q, and what should I expect to accept? Thanks0 -
Been off for 24 days and no offers this time. I just miss stop and fast;soon remedied when I can bend down to sort out the Humax.
It has no HD,but having a 42" screen it hardly makes any difference and I often used SD on Sky for a faster download anyway.0 -

Was the 50% on phone or web chat?0

Hi, I have always used the online chat and this time as my contract was about to end I duly went online to cancel my TV subscription. Happy to stay if there is a good deal but not that bothered. Currently paying about £46 (BB, TV & phone) and the best I was offered was £50. This took over and hour. The chat facility, now "messenger" was incredibly slow and the representative was obviously dealing with lots of people. A few days after my notice of cancellation I got a call to asking if I would discuss my cancellation. Unfortunately it wasn't convenient so I asked if the person wished to call back the next day at the same time. They didn't but called much later the next day when I was in a meeting. Nothing happened over the weekend and then there was a call I missed as it was yet again at an inconvenient time. Since then I have heard nothing. This time next week I shall have left.
As I said not that fussed really but surprised at the lack of effort on Sky's part. Maybe things have changed?0 -

I received an email to me directly, then went on web chat to clarify and took the offer from there, the email even offered a free Sky box.
The chat guy added the £25 credit and changed it to 1 month contract, no mention of the two in the email, so i guess i swapped a sky box for the £25 and 1 month contract.0 -
Hello everyone ..
Joined sky TV last year with a box set package , at 50% and a £25 MasterCard .
Completely forgot and the price will double tomorrow , spoke to someone and she offered 40% off ..tried doing a web chat ..only to be told it was not his department . He says there is no web chat facility available to me to discus reviews .
Called again this evening and was told by the advisor that he was shocked I was even offered 40% as that was a heavy discount .
Coincidentally our Broadband has been with sky too for 8 years but is a gift so I cannot package them together and they don't seem to be giving any loyalty points for it.
Is this the best offer I could get ?
Thanks in advance.0 -
Hi all,
I was on a great deal 50% off on sky package including sports and hd and free internet (just paying line rental).
My deals expired in Oct and I am out of contract today. Till now I am only offered 40% off on tv package and 75% off on broadband. Te new deal is still dearer by atleast 100 Per year. Should I serve the notice for tv and see what happens? Also there is no thing like notice for broadband so how can I get a good deal? Any pointers please?0
