Hi,
Thanks for the update fredsnail.
For the exercise challenge from Wednesday, 28th December - Saturday, 31st December 2016 inclusive:-
296 minutes.
Same types of exercise as last week was done.
fredsnail, I thought I had already exceeded the 24 hours but did the above anyway (had intended too). Thanks for all your "work" again this year.
x_raphael - Good luck.
Best wishes to all for the New Year.

Pleased with a 0.8lb loss this week. Considering I am still (in moderation) working through the xmas treats, and I had just one run.
Good start.

This is a great video that explains the body weight fitness routine that is popular over on Reddit:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AB3HhP2GYk0&feature=youtu.be
It's an alternative to weight lifting - it's not cardio.

I was always slightly put off this routine by how complicated it seemed, but after watching the video I realised it isn't complicated at all! I'm not ready to quit the gym just yet, but this is a great alternative for those wanting to save gym £££s
(Also if you are away from home and don't want to pay to go to a gym for a one off session you can do this routine)Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. - 2lbs since last Wednesday. Calories per week less. No exercise since 31/12/16. Not even been out of the house since 30/12/16 apart from to the backyard. Too poorly with a very bad cold/flu.
Good health to all this year.

Here's this week's chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Dannie.
Well done to our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers.
Here's the final chart for Santa's travels:
Well done everyone taking part.
This months challenge is to complete 90 mins exercise per week.
This weeks quote is by Anon:

- let it define you
- let it destroy you
or
- let it strengthen you"0 -
Get well soon Dannie - there is an awful lot of lurgy round at the moment.0

Hi,
A belated "thanks" for last weeks update and your added message fredsnail. It did "cheer me up" a little. I think your right about the amount of "lurgy". Many local people/shop keepers seem to be displaying similar symptoms as me and the person I "caught it off". One of them has lost 5lbs so far because of it. As for me:-
+ 2lbs since last Wednesday. Had more calories last week, exercise has been the indoor bike, a little time collecting thick garden prunings for the collected bin and only two local bicycle errands.
Thanks.

Happy to report a 1.8lbs loss this week.
I have just shy of 60lbs to lose from my start weight, so I have decided on some treats for reaching every 10lbs goal.
I'm 7.4lbs from my first goal, which is a pizza.
Pizza is my favorite food, I could eat it everyday. I'm banning all pizza until I reach this first goal.
My favorite is the co-op Prosciutto ham, mushroom and mascarpone, I rate it over takeaway pizza anyday.
My 20lbs goal is a glass of wine, so no alcohol until I reach this goal. My other goals are expensive treats like a 2nd xbox controller and a new tattoo.
