    apololgies for missing last week

    Total weight change since my last post is +4 lbs.
    According to my fitbit stats, i have climbed 105 sets of stairs over the last two weeks ( i think a 10ft climb constitutes 1 flight of stairs)

    254 minutes of activity over the last two weeks
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
    Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

    Hi, no weight recording this a.m. sorry. The overeating "made a return" on Tuesday so I didn't want the scales reading to possibly make things worse. Apart from that, not much exercise really.

    fredsnail - thanks for the update last week. For the "lbs left to complete 5lb challenge" was I at 3.0? (ref: post # 411).

    Hi All,

    Fred, i think you subtracted instead of added my weight last week. I Think my total should be -15.5.

    This week i have LOST 1Lb. and had activity of 96 mins, with stair count of 54 flights.
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
    Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

    + 2lb since 9/11/16. Did slightly better than last week concerning diet. Also, have done a bit of gardening, two local biking shopping errands but not much indoor biking.

    95 flights of stairs.

    Start my new job in 2 weeks, bit more desk based than my current. so will have to make more of an effort to hit the argets!!

    Thanks Syman.

    STS since last Wednesday. Diet was about the same. Exercise increased from last week. Two appointments meant quite a lot of walking to do - at least for me! Also, more indoor biking done, a bit of gardening and a couple of the usual local bike errands shopping. A tough month in many ways.
