+ 2lbs since last Wednesday.
For the exercise challenge + 3 hours and 17 minutes (gardening time - tidying up jobs, collecting seeds and anything edible, transplanting, weeding and composting).
Also, the usual biking and diet about the same.
Thanks.

Congrats to our SoTW Syman.
No SoTM this month as no one has lost overall this month.
Here's this weeks chart for the London to Jamaica exercise challenge:
Well done everyone taking part.
Next months exercise challenge will be to climb the Blackpool tower twice a week (or the equivalent number of steps - that is 112 flights of steps a week). If anyone wants to post amount of exercise time instead of steps I'll try to convert them.

Thank you Fred.
I'd rather do either exercise time OR distance run, as that's easier for me to calculate

2.8lb gain for me this week.
I've been a little down this week so comfort food and lots of lounging around. My mood seem to be picking up a little, but my motivation is missing.

STS since last Wednesday. Diet became more difficult but did not overeat.
Not much gardening done since last week but have had two bike errands (shopping for someone else). I think, also, that "my motivation is missing" but a little improvement today.
fredsnail - Is it possible to convert indoor bike time to steps?
Thanks.

Yes Dannie - I'll try to convert indoor bike time to steps for you.
x_raphael_xx - whichever is best for you0 -

No losers this week, so congrats to those STSers and commiserations to the gainers - keep on going - it's a marathon not a sprint.

- 2lb since last Wednesday.
Thought I did about the same last week regarding diet and exercise. Did the indoor biking, a few local bike errands and several times have been collecting anything edible from the garden before the weather makes this not possible.
fredsnail - I have decided not to do the exercise challenge as I threw away all my time recordings by mistake. (Thanks for offering to do a conversion though). Instead, please can I switch to the -5lbs per month challenge?
Thanks.
