I've only been for one run, although I have been eating well, lots of fruit and no rubbish.

    Good start x_raphael_xx!

    + 2lbs since last Wednesday.

For the exercise challenge another + 2 hours and 51 minutes (indoor exercise bike used).

I think I did about the same as last week regarding my diet, less indoor biking/gardening although more outdoor biking.

    Thanks.

Well done everyone taking part :).

Next weeks chart will be to travel to Jamaica to see the cricket - 9 hours and 10 minutes.

Feel a little cheeky swanning in and taking both medals. I'm hoping I can keep up with the initial momentum.

fredsnail - No more indoor biking done for the September exercise challenge.

x_raphael_xx - Good luck with any oncoming progress from last month!

To my knowledge, the (whole of) October exercise challenge (time to travel to Jamaica) is optional, can be whatever timed exercise/exercises chosen by yourself and you can set your own goal(s) i.e. all of the 9 hours and 10 mins to Jamaica, or more of the stated time, or less if desired.

(P.S fredsnail, hope I've got that right and that it was okay me saying).

Thanks :D Not sure how many hours I run in a regular month (I've also been a little slack lately!) so I shall aim big and try and hit the target.
I have a 10k next sunday, and a half marathon the sunday after, so that should be around 3-4 hours.my usual training runs are 30-40 mins, so we shall see. :p

Thanks for the above two messages.

    STS since last Wednesday.

For the exercise challenge + 1 hour and 33 minutes. I have decided to just focus on gardening time this month. However, I will be doing the usual biking.

    Thanks.
